The entire staff was pleasant, helpful upon check-in and very engaging! Very prompt on registering! I am afraid of needles, and the Medical Assistant talked me thru the whole process. Even when she was applying the butterfly needle she kept my mind occupied. I felt nothing literally! This entire concentra team is vital to this company. It's not always about how you treat others, it's how you make them feel. I feel great about my visit! Please come to this location on 35th and St Paul for all your employment needs! You won't regret it!

I called ahead, and was told that I didn’t need an appointment for bloodwork. So I showed up at 4 PM on Friday and was told that there was no time to do the blood work anymore Today. I explained that I was under a deadline because I was starting a new job and they told me I had to come here today to get this done. At no time was I offered to set up an appointment for Monday. After I left I called them to set up an appointment. They never offered to help me set one up when I was there. It was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. To be fair, they didn’t ask me on the phone. What test I needed.. That would’ve probably been a smart thing to do before telling me I could comment anytime.. I feel like I’ve been given the right information and not made to come there multiple times. But in the end I had to. Call twice and have Call twice and needed to make two visits in order to complete the testing. This all could’ve been avoided with better communication.

I called with the correct information to schedule a drug testing and was given a hard time once they realized my caller ID they would continuously put me on hold so I waited 10 minutes and called from a friends phone number and got an answer immediately. Also, to mention the first lady, I spoke with, had a very nasty attitude, and it just gave that they didn’t want to help me overall I’m testing for a job we all have to make a living. It was unprofessional and very nasty.

Pre-employment screening and physical examination: It was fast and easy the staff was very nice it’s a very laidback atmosphere. The lobby could use some sprucing up but other than that it was a very good visit for what I needed.

I was charged 150 when my copay was 50. Now I need to contest this just to get things right. Staff was only concerned about money, and clearly stated that they normally deal with “occ health”. I’ll never go to that site again, and will dissuade others from going there as well. Given my role in the org, I’m going to really make their issues known.
