I took my son for dog bite treatment on Saturday evening. This was the only ER open that time. There was hardly any wait time. The front desk was really nice. The nurse and the pediatrician were also very helpful. The doctor did a thorough checkup on my son’s condition. The staff was very caring.

This urgent care clinic is to be applauded. They have exceptional services. The Physician by the name of D.O. Carl Bellinger has to be commended. He genuinely is concerned and explains his diagnosis thoroughly. He really made the process a lot less stressful. I went to two different clinics within 2 days. This urgent care clinic is hands down one of the best! The front desk, pharmacy, nurses and physician showed a tremendous level of professionalism, impeccable customer service, support, and patience. I know they had to be under extreme pressure because of the number of patients in the waiting room and seasonal illnesses. Nonetheless, they were considerate and caring. I am always apprehensive of hospitals, especially during this flu/virus season. I truly appreciate this team of medical team/staff. Thank you all!! You guys are for certain in a category of your own. I can not say enough about you all. This is how a clinic should function prompt, gentle and professional.

Never in my years of visiting ER and urgent care have I had a provider cancel medications, let alone not provide me with calls/messages for reasons or warnings. I have waited almost 48 hours for the medications to be sent to walgreens for pick up. And that is after I called them for two consecutive days for a follow up. They wouldn’t let me speak to the after hours team. I called them after I made two trips to two different Walgreens the day of my visit and each time I was told that nothing was in their system and that the medications was pulled out. I am deeply disappointed that the Aurora team were denying the cancellation when I was told plain and simply by two different Walgreens that the provider pulled out the medications from their (Walgreens) system. I was given the provider name and all (same provider that I saw that day.) I went to this urgent care and I had taken two different strong pain killers to relieve my symptoms and even then I was feeling miserable. They also gave me medications on my visit to help me with my symptoms and alleviate them and I left with an explanations that if test comes back positive they will send the medication and that it will be a 2 hours wait for the results. I never got a call or MyChart message for any reasons whatsoever for making me suffer and beg for the medications.

I have been using this urgent care center for over 20 years .i Always been treated with respect and they are always correct with their diagnosis . Won’t go anywhere else even if they have a longer wait time we will stay

My mother was taken to Aurora Urgent Care with chest pain, severe head pain, trouble breathing, and symptoms consistent with the flu or a bad cold, possibly even a migraine. We clearly explained all of this to the staff. At the time, we chose urgent care because her condition did not seem to rise to the level of needing the ER, and we expected appropriate treatment for an urgent care visit. She was crying in pain, yet the doctor and nurses appeared rushed and dismissive. The only test performed was an EKG. No additional tests were run, no meaningful evaluation followed, and nothing was prescribed to help relieve her pain or symptoms. Now, because her condition was not properly addressed, we are forced to go to the ER anyway, resulting in double the expense, unnecessary stress, and prolonged suffering that could have been avoided. It is incredibly frustrating and concerning how easily patients are dismissed—especially if you are a person of color. This experience felt like clear disregard and lack of compassion, and it highlights a serious problem in how care is provided and who is taken seriously. This was an unacceptable and deeply disappointing experience
