I came to Concentra 2 days in a row. First drug test, second day physical! Both days were great! Second day was even better! All of the staff was professional, and great! I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and this is why I do my business with this location, and company! Shots out to Ashley, Keith, Jennifer nurse, and Crystal! These people all deserve raises, and praises!!!

Ashlee, OP Director, Jennifer, NP, and Crystal, MA provided wonderful customer service. The clinic was spotless, I found parking right away. Very ample parking available. They are friendly and efficient! I was in and out within :30 after being turned away by the clinic on 8th/Layton. I will only do business with and refer others to this location going forward.

I had the worstest service ever from this location my provider Jennifer was very argumentative rude and very disrespectful also there was a another Caucasian lady who checked me in and she was very rude as well. But I do want to acknowledge 2 workers that I did a encounter at this location that was positive I'm not sure of the name but it was an African-American female and a older gentleman who were very nice very attentive but the owner of this location needs to be aware of the other two individuals at this location how rude they were disrespectful. Customer service is number one and if they can't provide customer service they should look for a new line of work

Ashley at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional when I had to call about a discrepancy with documentation they submitted with incorrect information. My livelihood depends on this information being correct as I’m a federally regulated driver. I called several times through the general line with no answer only to find out after calling and being answered through the appointment line that she was intentionally ignoring my calls because “they had patients”. As far as I’m concerned I’m still a patient until our business is settled definitively and correctly and if she would’ve picked the phone up like a professional and told me to hold there wouldn’t have been a problem. I called prior to those several calls with insufficient information so was calling back to fill them in with the details they needed to make the right correction. She told me they had already resubmitted the information, I inquired about what corrections were made because I didn’t have sufficient info to give on the initial call and that initial representative had no clue about the discrepancy I was referring to. As I was explaining to her I needed clarification on the correction made to be sure this was the last time we have to deal with this she began cutting me off and basically trying to force me to accept her word for it. How could she know what correction needed to be made when they did not have the appropriate info to know what correction to make to begin with? In the midst of asking this she abruptly hung up on me. I hate to make reviews like this but this type of behavior needs to be reprimanded. These people represent your business. And because I know she probably never will be held accountable for her unruly and lack of professionalism, all that’s left in my power to do is to bring awareness to it.
