Don’t go here unless you want to be charged nearly $1,000 for the simplest possible service. Went in to get my finger looked at as I had a hang nail that had started to swell a bit and become painful. All the PA did was look at it and poke it to drain the pus out. I couldn’t have been there for more than 10-15 minutes and I was charged $777! For a hang nail! If I knew draining a tiny pocket of pus on the side of my finger would cost me $625 plus $370 for a 5 minute conversation, I would’ve told them not to and that I’d do it at home. I’ve heard horror stories about this location and have been relatively loyal regardless, but you won’t see me going here again any time soon. *UPDATE* - Spoke to customer service and they said someone would review my case, though I wasn’t allowed to provide any context or my side of the story. I received a vague letter today stating that my hangnail does in fact cost $1,000. Unless they somehow resolve this, I’m never going here again and making sure everybody I speak to goes elsewhere too. This is the most unethical and abhorrent billing experience I’ve ever had with a medical provider.

Went to this “urgent” care from out of state and needed a strep test badly to be rxd meds fast. Refused to do rapid test because they were closing in 30 min, so they said it would be 2-3 days. Ridiculous place and staff. Grateful for Dr who saw strep and rxd me irregardless of negligent staff.

This place should not be labeled as an urgent care. I went in for symptoms of yeast infection and was told my results would take 2–3 days because everything gets sent to a lab. For something this uncomfortable and painful, waiting days with no treatment makes no sense. Most places can diagnose yeast during a pelvic exam, but here they refused to prescribe anything until results come back. Meanwhile I’m left dealing with worsening irritation and discomfort. Definitely not what I expect from an “urgent care.” By the time my results come back my vagina a have been fallen off.

Nice looking building. The nurse didn't listen to me at all I kept trying to tell him my symptoms and he kept saying "yeah yeah that's great. So you're here just for a runny nose right? And I'm having symptoms of pneumonia and he's like that's great I have other things I have to do though." Very unprofessional. Not coming here again.

I made a reservation for urgent care for 10:15am a day in advance. The day of, I arrived and waited 3 hours watching people come in after me and seen. The staff were kind to me and empathetic. I appreciated that much. The check in system sets a false pretense that people are going to be treated in a timely fashion but that is not the case. Do away with it!
