I had a really great first-time experience here yesterday. I came in feeling awful (turns out I had bronchitis) and from the check-in to discharge, I felt really cared for. The staff were helpful, great listeners and compassionate. They patiently explained everything and I left feeling confident in the care plan. Thank you all a million!

I cant say enough how grateful I am to the care staff this morning -2-8-26. They were exceptional. The check in process was fast and easy. The nurses were so kind. Dr. Mark is terrific!! Listened to me and gave me meds to help with my pain. This isn't the first time I've been to an urgent care in the last decade. But, it is the first time I was offered meds to help alleviate the pain i'm in. Thank you all!

Son's been sick for over 3 weeks. Went here today saw the Dr. Mark. My son told him he was vomiting all last night, was very nauseous, had a hard time swallowing and is very run down. First question Dr, asks is any nausea? Did not check him for covid, RSV or the flu just checked for strep throat. The place was dirty. Gave him all meds that are useless. ZERO for the dr. that didnt listen

I always come to this urgent care never had an issue. I felt a lot of moments in my appointment were unprofessional I was seen by MARK. Came in for chest pains, no conclusion to initial problem. Just told to go about my day if I can tolerate it. Nothing else suggested to help , Talked about fitness I said I’m busy at times to be consistent in the gym and gave me a story about a friend he has that’s busy as well and he tells him that “ busy is bullshit”so in other words telling me that what I’m saying is bullshit. Bedside manners are not there what so ever & I work in a professional setting myself and this is unacceptable. On to the next doctor who can HELP.

I was basically forced to have my son tested for COVID-19. I arrived at the urgent care center and the ladies at the front desk were very rude and unprofessional. They shared with me false information about the symptoms and guidelines associated with COVID-19 and the testing procedures. I was left very confused and was made to sit 45 minutes to an hour after I made an appointment ahead of time. Also, little was done my the staff at the front desk to put us as ease about the wait time. One of the nurses had to come up and assure us that we would be seen shortly. Seems like everyone that was a walk in or scheduled behind us was seen/called back first. I will not be returning to this location.
