My husband has been waiting to come in for his annual physical for over a year. His original appt was cancelled last minute on the day of the appt due to unknown reasons. He was then rescheduled to see someone else a few months later, but was once again cancelled because this provider was not seeing new patients. His anppt was rescheduled again a few months later, and on the day of his appt it was once AGAIN cancelled. How unprofessional. Now he has to once again wait four months for another appt. I have never heard of anything like this before. To hear this is how patients are treated is just sad. Thankfully he is a pretty healthy guy.

Super BEYOND unprofessional! Denied me of treatment BEYOND RUDE! The receptionists were WAYYYYYYYYYYY MORE nice and even tried helping ! The nurses here SUCK especially the new ones I’ve been coming here since I was 19 won’t come back !

Ms. Regina Donald was amazing at encouraging me to find a Primary Physician since mine transferred to a new location. Dr. Jasmine Smith impressed me with her knowledge and skill during my mild concussion examination, I asked if she was accepting new patients. She gave me this flyer and the rest is HERSTORY! I was overjoyed that she accepted me and during the celebration month of Black History. I told her that she represents the struggles that our ancestors fought through for her to have this very opportunity! I am spreading this news!

Sept 9th wass the 1st time I've been to the Milw. Good Hope, Aurora Urgent Care location and what a major improvement from the Menomonee Falls location. All of the med staff I came in contact with (@ 5 persons) were all extremely friendly and understanding concerning my ailment. Usually a quick test would've solved my issue but unfortunately nothing was easy and we ended up having to do a procedure that's usually not necessary. I did have to wait a bit extra due to complications that arose but once diagnoised, Dr. Dougherty set me up with my Rx's and I was able to grab them right there at their Aurora Pharmacy before I left. With the ailment I had, you have NO idea how convenient and Wonderful that worked out for me. I will absolutely choose to use the Good Hope- Milwaukee Aurora Urgent Care every time from now on. I want to thank everyone there on the eve of 9-9-25.

Horrible experience with urgent care! Nurse was very unprofessional. She was making very degrading and unprofessional comments seconds after stepping ouside if my room. Called and tried to cover up what she had stated. Still waiting on a call from her supervisor
