Couldn’t be more impressed with my experience at Wisconsin Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease. The wait time was minimal, and the medical team was thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. Also very Clean facility, efficient process, and outstanding care. Highly recommend to anyone in need of quick, quality medical attention!

I came here due to a recommendation from a friend. I got in and out in about 30 minutes which is basically unheard of urgent care. Staff was nice and very good at their job.

I came into the Urgent Care facility because of ear/jaw pain. I arrived at 5.15 pm, the receptionist didn't even greet me but seemed upset and was very rude in tone.. did not even say hello but said "hurry up , we close in 20 min", which I responded, "you close at 5:45 pm and I have time to be seen" . I told her how rude she was to tell me to hurry up. I get to the exam room and the nurse practitioner, Dalia Shahwan, asked me questions of my symptoms and examined my face. She couldn't find a cause. She checked my ear and said I had an ear infection and the pain was due to that and prescribed me some neomycin polymyxin ear drops 3x a day. This was on 3/9. On 3/11, I ended up in the ER due to increasing pain and found that I did not have an ear infection of any kind, but a beginning of one in a tooth. The ER Dr told me to immediately stop taking those ear drops and prescribed antibiotics. The misdiagnosis could of been a lot worse and had me putting meds in my body that I did not need. This is very disappointing to me, and I kinda feel violated. Do Better Hyatt Urgent Care!! A lot better! This clinic in my opinion, pushes meds/prescriptions.

Quick and amazing service! Our provider was knowledgeable and helpful. She was compassionate in care and I felt that I was listened to. I will be coming back for my future care in the future
