Came in needing urgent care and they were super efficient in getting me the help i needed. In and out with the proper treatment within 30 minutes. Staff was also very friendly and understanding. Glad i came here!

The triage nurse Stephanie was very unprofessional. She was very condescending and passive aggressive. Every question and response , she gave me how to slick and disrespectful tone to it. I never made this lady a day in my life.I have no idea why she treated me like that. I refuse to be disrespected by anybody for no reason. So she should either be fired or re-trained on her morals and ethics. She is working for a Aurora and representing their brand poorly. Is evident that she got into that career path just for the money and not to help people. I will not be returning to dish clinic ever again. I will not go to any aurora after this horrible experience with them.

when you’re in the medical field, just supposed to have compassion and bad manners they do not speak at that desk or say good morning. You shouldn’t even be working there. You don’t have no good bad manners even the person that draws the blood She don’t even warn you just does it.. You don’t know their names because they Hide there, their ID badges What kind of medical field is this?

Hello, I visited this location because I was unable to get assistance from my regular healthcare provider. I must say, it was the worst experience I have had so far. Nurse Gigi displayed a very poor attitude, her demeanor was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant, which significantly impacted my overall experience.

If you have an elderly parent who needs blood work thos location is fine but if a doctor visit is needed then no, go to another place. So slow and poorly staffed.
