I just had my first time visit here today. I booked an appointment online and was greeted courteously by front desk. Wait time was minimal. When I was talking with Lindsay, the medical professional, she is very kind and knowledgeable. She listened to me and my needs. She feels like a genuine person who just wants to help you recover. Great experience and recommend if you get her. Would go again for another visit, if needed, but hopefully not lol

I was surprised to find that, despite advertising walk-ins and an 8 p.m. closing time, I was turned away at 7:20 p.m. by a staff member who said they were done for the night. I was told to “go online” and try to book an appointment there—despite driving quite a distance. I understand it’s a holiday weekend, but clearer communication and professionalism would go a long way. The clinic appeared dark and uninviting, which didn’t help the experience. It’s unfortunate when public expectations based on posted hours don’t match the service provided.

I reserved a place in line for my son, and when we arrived, we were told there was a strict ten min late policy and we were two minutes late. Therefore, they would not see my son. There was no one else in the waiting room. We were the only patient there. The nurse practitioner was even standing in the receptionist area at her computer stand with no other patients yet she turned us away. I’ve been to this clinic in the past and have never heard of this “strict policy”. It is not advertised anywhere at the clinic nor does it state online when you reserve a place in line. How can a clinic have a strict late policy for appointments when they don’t even allow you to schedule an appointment? You can only reserve a place in line and according to their own words “a place in line does not guarantee you will be seen at that time”. I’ve sat in their waiting room before waiting to be seen when they have been behind with patients. Apparently they don’t mind making me wait on them however they lose human decency when I arrived late. Even though there is construction on layton right by their clinic that accounted for my tardiness. They are supposed to be in the business of helping people. Such lack of empathy shown to me and my son by the receptionist and nurse practitioner is so unprofessional and disappointing. In all my many years of going to a doctor’s office or clinic, I have never been turned away. I will not be using this clinic again. I will look for a clinic that hires people who have a heart.

I was charged once for my initial visit for an ear infection. They told me they "did not have time" for doing an ear cleaning to confirm my ear infection so they set me up for the next day to come in. I came in and was CHARGED AGAIN for the same visit the day prior. Not happy with the service provided, tried to get a refund but they denied it saying it was "2 separate visits" it was for the SAME ISSUE THOUGH. If you went to pay diagnostic at an auto shop for a Check Engine light, and they tell you what it is they aren't going to make you pay diagnostic twice for the same issue. If I could give negative stars I would. Poor customer service and poor management.

Great concept. Horrible execution. After calling to verify they could handle my son’s injury I made an appointment and drove the distance. Once I arrived the provider indicated she was unable to help me and told me to go to urgent care which by this time was already closed for the day. I went back today hoping to give them a second chance. The website said wait time was less than 30 minutes and no appointment necessary. I walked in for the receptionist to tell me the next available appointment is in 4 hours and waiting is not an option. Don’t publish wait times and call yourself a walk-in if that’s not the case.
