The lady at the front desk is very rude I took my grandson in literally told her he was my grandson and she's acting like he can't be seen without my daughter being presented which she was she was just in the restroom and I told her my daughter was under age she said that I'm not his legal guardian and that she would have to see my 15 year old in order for him to be seen. I feel that was rude and very unprofessional!!!!

Everyone there was very nice, and I got the care I needed. However, there were a few procedural things that I wish were addressed differently and that I hope can be better addressed in the future. I am currently in treatment for an eating disorder, and being weighed is still very triggering for me. When the nurse asked me to step on the scale, I requested to not be weighed, and I stated that I have an ED. She gave me the option of standing backwards on the scale to not view the number. This was an okay option for me, as long as I was not made aware of the number. However, upon exiting the clinic and given my exit papers, my weight was listed right on the top page of the stack of papers. Therefore, my request to not be weighed and save myself from a triggering experience was nullified. I understand that listing vitals on these papers might be protocol, but I hope for better communication between professionals in the future so that the weight can be excluded from the exit papers upon request. Additionally, my nurse practitioner who treated me was not the one who gave me the exit papers, instead it was another professional who I did not meet with, who then saw my information about vitals, condition, prescription, etc. I had more questions for the NP prior to exiting, but I did not feel comfortable asking the new professional who did not treat me. Overall, I am pleased with my visit and would come back, however, when it comes to my physical and mental health, these are the things I would like handled slightly differently.

I was told urgent care would be open till 6pm. They closed at 4:30pm. So i had to visit emergency care. Worst choice ever. If you like bots then they are for you. Least caring staff as the face of hospital admissions. Its freezing cold in the waiting area and that's as far as I got after over 3 and a half hours of waiting. Never again will I visit or ask for services there. There's emergency care service, urgent care service but they have idon't care have a seat services

I called at 630 pm when the clinic closes at 7pm but they say they are closed.

The “ doctor “ was rude and didn’t help at all. I wish I remembered her name.
