I just called to get info before going in and someone answered the phone with "hello" no actual greeting so I asked is this an urgent care she replied "who is this" I then asked again if it was an urgent care and she replied yes who is this. So unprofessional

Have been going here for years, & will continue as long as they remain open. It is a traditional simple doctor's office, but the doctors are very thorough & very helpful. I have gone in there numerous times mainly for bronchitis/pnuemonia and I walk in barely breathing & by the time I leave I'm breathing better & I have prescriptions to take to the pharmacy & the prescriptions they give are discussed with you. They are the traditional type of doctors that ask you for your opinion on what you think works best treatment & medicine wise. You know your body better then anyone else. I have taken both my children here as well and have also been completely satisfied with their care as well.

Excellent, caring thorough service and attitudes I've read other people's horror stories, but the nurse/receptionist there now is excellent - patient, kind and competent. Dr. Bedriye Tombuloglu cares enough about patients and medicine to work the schedule of a 25 year-old doctor. She gives you her time and attention and acts responsibly and capably. I plan to use her services as long as she remains in practice.

I went to this clinic for an infection. The receptionist/medical assistant was fabulous. The physician I saw was so nice, thourough, and very professional. My total time there was 25 mins. I like that there wasn't a wait for the team to collaborate as is the case at similar clinics. Highly recommend!!!!

I have gone to this clinic for 25 years. They are the BEST. Dr Tombloglu is very old school, wich in my opinion is awesome. I'm worried that they are closed. I hope it's only temporary. Her and her husband have taken VERY good care of me my whole adult life. Idk where else to go. Anyway - I highly recommend this clinic for general care. If you have an earache, sore throat, flu, etc, there is no better Dr in Milwaukee. WAY better than dealing with Aurora or any other big healthcare conglomerates.
