Genuinely amazing experience here today! I booked an appointment but arrived early and was seen immediately. Chelsea and Ashley who helped me out were so nice. My symptoms were diagnosed quickly and everything was explained to me. I was able to ask any questions I needed about home treatment and was even given a hand-out explaining everything. Never thought I’d have a 5-star experience at an urgent care but this place really is great!

I visited in February and the service was great- they took care of me and made sure I had virtual follow ups scheduled. The Dr. and staff were all very nice and I felt reassured even though I was feeling awful at the time (had some bacterial pneumonia and I had to send a spit sample to a lab.) The big issue was dealing with all the billing surprises afterward because they used an out of network lab even though the clinic was in network for me. I’m pretty sure this violates the No Surprises Act so I might file a complaint but I just want to leave a review here for anyone in a similar situation. My in person appointment ended up being ~$250 (this is with my insurance) the virtual follow ups were ~$100 each (again, with insurance). But then the lab tries to bill me for an additional $450 since it’s out of network. I talk to my insurance, get the explanation of benefits and realize that the lab is really supposed to bill me a lesser amount and the claim just hadn’t processed yet. So the lab was trying to bill me the full amount even though it wasn’t finalized. Anyway, Idk if I would visit again. Like I said, the clinic and staff were great, but it wasn’t worth the nearly $1k surprise I got afterward 😐

Kind of a weird first visit, I cut my hand at work, deep enough for stitches and I was bleeding. But not life threatening. Went to this urgent care. Maybe the assistant in the front was new or tired because she told me she’s on her 10th hour of work had me stand there while she told me she’s about to go on her lunch then came back to tell me she won’t be able to take her lunch break. Didn’t have my ID because I came straight from work and was bleeding. I told her my work sent over the information. She told me they can’t do anything but didn’t ask what the injury was and can’t help. But reminded me they close by the time I get back? No biggie went to get my ID but wasn’t asked for it when I did come back? Or any of the visits to follow because they had my information? So that was weird. 5 stitches an hour later. 2nd visit was way more professional and thorough with different staff, third was cordial and professional.

I went to this urgent care on April 20th, 2026 because of a strange rash on my skin along with EXTREME head and ear pain. At that point, the rash was already spreading toward my eyelid and beginning to develop small blisters. The person at the front desk was kind, attentive, empathetic, and took note of everything carefully. However, the doctor who saw me spent no more than about 12 minutes with me. She examined me very quickly, as if she was in a rush, and with very little interest. She diagnosed me with an “allergy,” even after I explained that I do not suffer from allergies of any kind and that nothing like this had ever happened to me before. She did not seem concerned by that and continued insisting it was an allergy. Trusting her professionalism, I went to pick up the medications and cream she prescribed. Once I got home, I applied the cream and took the pills exactly as instructed, and everything started getting WORSE. My pain intensified, the blisters started growing more, and my face began burning and hurting terribly — so badly that it made me cry. My eye also started swelling shut. The next day, I had to go to the emergency room with my face severely swollen and distorted from inflammation. The doctor at Good Samaritan Hospital only needed about 5 minutes to tell me it was shingles (zoster). I was also told that my condition could have been prevented from getting this severe if I had been properly diagnosed the day before, because this is something an experienced doctor should be able to recognize, especially considering the state I was already in. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. You may be putting yourself at serious risk because you could encounter “doctors” who may not take their job seriously and seem more interested in rushing patients out the door than genuinely caring about their health. The doctor who treated me appeared very young — and that is not the problem, because everyone starts young in their profession and deserves the opportunity to grow. But her attitude and lack of concern were deeply disappointing, and it was very obvious that she was more interested in sending me home quickly than truly paying attention to my condition. I left pictures how I arrived, and the next day with her diagnostic.

Avoid this place! THE WORST medical and customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Conducted tests I never asked without consent Crazily mistaken billings Never-respond customer service Extremely unprofessional experience. I came here for a routine physical exam and ended up dealing with multiple incorrect bills, services I never received, and charges that should have been fully covered. Staff made mistakes during the visit (including failed procedures) and then charged extra for me to come back so they could redo their own errors. Their billing department has been unresponsive and disorganized — I’ve had to call so many times over 3 months with no resolution, and they failed to communicate with the lab, causing me to receive final notices for bills I should never have gotten. If you value transparency, professionalism, and straightforward healthcare, do not come here. This has been THE WORST medical and customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
