Really bad experience. Unnecessary tests, sending tests to out of network labs, landed up having to go to another Urgent Care for further diagnosis. Details: went it for sinus infection that was still lingering after a course of antibiotics. Right after walking in they did a Covid and Flu test. I told them I took two test already, one the day before and another that very same day. $100 bucks gone (on top of the urgent care visit cost). And the provider didn't even take my sample properly. Barely touch my nose. Then they took a throat swab for a sinus infection. I would have thought a nasal swab for bacterial culture would be more appropriate. Same thing - barely touch my throat and sent to an out of network lab. $550 gone. Then a follow up call to go over the results that lasted 5 mins. $100 bucks gone. In the call the provider literally says either you don't have any infection OR the previous provider didn't take the sample properly. Like that is literally your job!! 2 days later, I went to another urgent care that prescribed me another course of antibiotics that actually cured the infection. Spent $1000 bucks for literally nothing!

Do not go here for any emergency. Absolutely careless, incompetent and and lack of urgency. My mother came in with a 180/89 blood pressure and Roxanne spent 45min asking her for her insurance information, which we had verbally provided and emailed a copy. No vitals taken. Not even seen by a medical care professional while not single person was in the waiting room. Now we know why. They'll let you die in their lobby before they provide any care.

Had a really good experience here the 1st time I visited. Very helpful staff and doctor. So I decided to drive here again from Redwood city for another visit. But the second time I visited (5/18), the male doctor I got was rude and sarcastic with poor bedside manner. He questioned why I was taking medication for my mental health and then blamed all my symptoms on it without exploring other explanations. Seems completely incompetent and a failure amongst an otherwise fantastic team. Too bad I don’t trust the care provided here anymore.

Westgate facility is very clean and the staff was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient! It was my first time ever in an Urgent Care and it was a very positive experience.

I wish I had read the other reviews about billing. This business is very poorly managed. They went out of network with Blue Shield and failed to notify patients in any way. It wasn’t mentioned when I called to schedule the appointment, nor when I checked in. The front desk staff even confirmed my insurance... Only afterward did I receive a $500 bill. If they can’t properly manage or communicate a major change like an insurance network status, I don’t trust them to handle billing. They don’t seem to care about customer experience or feedback. This is not a provider I would feel comfortable trusting with my healthcare.
