Very close to me so convenient and easy parking. Upon entry the place was very spacious but didn’t see a receptionist but then someone came out after couple minutes. Waited about 20 minutes after my appointment to get started . Nurse and doctor were very attentive and caring! Only downside is the wait as it took me an hour there, wit an appointment

Brought my daughter in to be seen and as a person with a background in healthcare, was pleased with the professionalism and expertise of the provider who treated her. My only complaint was that of the clinic policy: I thought it was odd that they did not release her lab result (which I paid for) until I did a follow-up visit. Normally positive findings would warrant a follow-up or a notification, but negative findings are usually released and the patient should have the option to follow-up with their primary care doctor. It would actually be unethical if a lab result culture was positive and the clinic refused to release this information immediately so a patient could begin proper treatment. Also be warned that the lab company they use have steep prices even with good insurance.

Went there because I twisted my left foot. Polite front desk but very inefficient I called before coming (10 minutes before) and when I asked if they have xray facility they mentioned they can "help me with that". So the assumption was they will get it done on the same day!!!! But after going there and waiting in the area for 20 minutes (I was the only patient bdw!) coz they weren't able to fill my details in their system (again inefficient staff) the doctor who saw me said get an xray and have a follow up!! And then he mentioned go to VRI locations coz Action Urgent care doesn't have appointment till next 3 days!!! (Fyi...THIS FACILITY DOESNT HAVE XRAY!! I got to know this after I came back to front desk!!). I can't believe this is how an urgent care can operate!! Waste of time and oh.... waste of money! A $100 co-pay?????!!!! Anyway... people please find some better Urgent Care coz there is nothing Urgent in the way they operate. Overall, inefficient, unclear and feels like a scam !!!

They don’t have Dr see you. It was some provider they make you see. Then whatever tests they run, they want you to come back and review the results even if you are doing better, they won’t release the results unless you come and see them. This seems like a ploy to just get an extra appointment and make extra money. The whole place seems to be run purely for money and not as a health care business. At Stanford and Pamf or any lab , everybody releases the labs directly to patient and not push you to come for an appointment for no reason. Seems they’re just want to make extra appointments and have the other sick patients waiting in line. That’s not how the urgent care is supposed to be working.

My PC physician was not available so had to go here. I checked reviews and found them highly rated. This was my first visit to Action urgent care. The front office staff, medical assistant who ushered me in and took my vitals and the Dr were very kind, patient and efficient. Great experience.
