We’ve had to come into Action Urgent Care a few times before and have always had an amazing experience. Dr. Kelsey and Taran the MA were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout the visit. They made me feel comfortable, heard, and very well cared for. The front desk staff is also always friendly and professional every time we come in. Huge thank you to all the staff for consistently providing such great care for our family. We truly appreciate everything you do. 🙏🙏😊

Shady billing practices and no customer service I visited Action Urgent Care for a skin rash. Before being seen, I asked at the front desk how much the visit would cost, but I was told they could not provide pricing because it would depend on how my insurance processed the claim. During the visit, I was prescribed antibiotics. The provider asked whether they could call me a few days later to check whether I needed a second visit. I made it clear that I did not want another visit unless it was actually necessary. I was told the call was only to determine whether a follow-up visit was needed. A few days later, the call took place. I waited about 45 minutes, then spoke with the provider for roughly two minutes. He asked a few basic questions, agreed that the rash had improved, and confirmed there was no reason for another visit. Despite this, Action Urgent Care billed that brief phone call as a full visit and charged $225. I have called more than 10 times and filed a billing review. My insurance company also contacted them. It has now been more than a month, and Action Urgent Care has provided no answer, no update, no estimated timeline, and no meaningful customer service. I will pay the improper claim they submitted, but I will also be filing official complaints with the appropriate organizations. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Action Urgent Care. Their billing practices feel misleading, and their lack of response has made the situation even worse.

I came in on a Thursday afternoon after getting a deep wood splinter lodged under my nail. Provider Robert did an excellent job removing it quickly and efficiently — in under five minutes. Medical assistant Albert was also incredibly professional and helpful throughout the visit. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of prompt medical attention.

We booked an appointment for a specific time and were still made to wait an unreasonable amount of time. We came in after a car accident and were only seen by a nurse practitioner who had no knowledge of how to properly evaluate post-accident injuries. No proper testing or diagnostic care was provided. We ended up going to another medical facility to actually receive the care and testing this urgent care couldn't deliver. To make matters worse, I spent an entire month calling and emailing to get my daughters' medical records. I received mine, but theirs were never sent. Every call meant 30 minutes on hold just to reach someone, and every time I was told they would send them — they didn't. Hours of my time wasted with no result. It was only after I threatened to file a HIPAA complaint that they suddenly managed to send the records the same day. Funny how that works after a month of excuses. And even then, they sent the records with the wrong name for my daughter — despite me making her appointments online with her correct name and sending multiple emails with her correct name. How you can be this negligent is beyond my understanding. Do not waste your time here.

Billed me for a service that should have been billed to insurance. Contacted multiple times to resolve over multiple calls and weeks without response. I paid the bill myself because it was a relatively low amount ($86) and I was afraid of going into collections because of it. I feel like I was in a limbo, without response, and the billing department is a less-than-helpful AI that could not resolve my issues. Will not come back, and will not recommend to others.
