Friendly staff. Very accommodating. I made my appointment not realizing it was a different care unit. but the staff took me in anyways. The Doctor was professional as expected and knowledgable with her finding. She took proper tests to surmise her findings. Really good care at this facility.

Great customer service from Tiffany, Lila, Huda, and Magdalena. They were warm, friendly, helpful, and very professional. The waiting area was clean, bright, and inviting with plenty of seats. Aarushi was my medical assistant on a subsequent visit. She, like the others, delivered great caring customer service! Her beautiful smile made my day!

The staff here were actually really nice and professional, but I was so disappointed with the provider. After my test came back negative, she told me to take Ibuprofen even though she knew I was pregnant. I actually had to be the one to correct her and explain that it isn’t safe! It’s such basic medical knowledge that it made me feel really uneasy. If you're expecting, definitely double-check any advice you get here.

UPDATE: I've been here (9) times after my initial review. I highly recommend this clinic. I'm very happy to say I still feel the same after these recent visits! The P.A.'s are competent, and provide real care, are pay good attention to details. Everyone is so nice and professional and the facility is new, clean, and modern. This facility is very well run and the staff is upbeat and positive. I will continue to keep coming here. I've come to this clinic, my wife has come to this clinic, my daughter has come, as well as other family members. Every time we've always been taken good care of. They are efficient, new clean facility and I've gotten really good service and good medical treatment. I would highly recommend action urgent Care.

I've been coming to this urgent care for years always a great experience. Except for today there was a new doctor and I don't know if it was him running behind between patients but I waited almost 2 hrs when my appointment was at 12:30 never had to wait this long, which is why I loved coming here.
