My wife went here to get checked for ear pain today morning. Instead of using warm water, the nurse used very cold water to clean her ears. This induced severe vertigo that made my wife nauseated and incapacitated her for almost an hour that she couldnt get home safely. She sat outside till she could recover. Using warm water for ear cleaning is standard procedure and this was not followed. This shows how ignorant some of the nurses are in this facility.

Absolutely hated the guy at the front desk. Guess he was a nurse. Very rude. Felt like my presence bothered him. Thats how he behaved. He was very uninterested. Didn't like that attitude. Doctor was sweet and friendly. Hence the 2 stars . But trust me you're better off elsewhere. I dont think I got my 225 dollars worth here. There are better places

I love Action Urgent Care! There is never a long wait. And PA Joy is great! She listens and cares about the issues I was having. All the assistants are helpful and quick to get you checked in. Recently I had a panic attack (thought I was having something more) and they helped me feel calmer and saw and treated me immediately. I was glad they were there.

well I was there this morning and I had a terrible experience. After the nurse got my info, the nurse and doctor was discussing my case next door and I can hear their conversation. I am not sure if the doctor can see this comment. But the way you judge me made me really angry and upset. I am not gonna disclose your name here, but I do wanna let you know that what have said to the nurse hurt me deeply. And it was unprofessional to say something like that. And I couldn’t imagine how could you say “excellent” when you were being told by the nurse that I was tested positive for something. I did not know how to react to you because you do have privilege as a doctor. However, I don’t want this happen to anyone who already suffered from illness and had to listen to your judgment. You don’t know my story and you don’t have the right to judge me. Well if you have to judge your client, lower your volume or say it in a different room. You also talked about I should not do self diagnosed. I do not see anything wrong with I tried to figure out what was going on with my body when I was sick. This is how human beings are still alive nowadays. I am not saying try to self diagnosis is correct, I believe people should look for doctors when needed. However, there is nothing wrong when people to look for cause and try to make themselves feel better. You can hold your own opinion. I don’t care, but let’s be respectful. And I am not appreciate your attitude as well; left me in the room and did not let me ask you questions. And when I came to you for the question, you tone and attitude feel like you are above me or something. Being a doctor is a great job, but this doesn’t mean you can be disrespectful. I hope you can truly respect your client first being a doctor.

Literally the worst experience ever. They took my blood pressure using 3 different devices! The PA showed up after 30 mins of having my vitals taken. She could not even tell that my cold is a virus or bacteria. Been there for an hour and water my time and money.
