So I walked in n they’re able to help me to check in n I don’t wait for too long it’s just take a few minutes even there’s other in line. The staff r very friendly n also my provider. So definitely recommend coming here. Thank youu

​I have mixed feelings about my experience here. I came in for a dog bite (a day after the incident occurred). The doctor on the first day was wonderful. He explained that while the wound itself didn’t need immediate treatment, he suspected the bite went deep and carried a high risk of infection, especially since it was right on the joint. Because the X-ray technician wasn’t available at that time, he advised me to come back the next morning at 9:00 AM. ​Today (Saturday), I arrived and checked in right at 9:00 AM. The receptionist told me it would just be a 10-minute wait. This is where the experience went downhill. We ended up sitting there for 40 minutes. Out of frustration, I went back up to the front desk to check, and she casually told me it would be another 15 minutes. In reality, we had to wait for another 30 minutes before the technician finally showed up. ​To his credit, the X-ray technician was very apologetic and thanked us for our patience. Since today is Saturday, I completely understand that people run late and delays happen. My issue is entirely with the front desk. The receptionist clearly knew the technician hadn't arrived yet, but she just carelessly threw out a "10-minute" estimate and never bothered to give us a proactive update while we sat there waiting for over an hour. ​I'm giving 3 stars because the medical providers (the doctor and the technician) were great, but the front desk communication needs serious improvement.

Writing I had a great experience at this urgent care in Santa Clara. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient from the moment I walked in. I was seen quickly, and the check-in process was smooth and well-organized, which really helped during a stressful situation. The medical team was knowledgeable and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan. I never felt rushed, and they showed genuine care and attention throughout my visit. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a calm environment, which made a big difference. Overall, I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of prompt and reliable medical attention in AFC Santa Clara.

Their service is amazing. I started by taking my son here and loved the service and how fast and efficient they work. Now I went and I they treated me above n beyond as well from the front desk staff to the physician, the treatment here and how easily they solve my medical issues is wonderful.

I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care… Easy to make an appoinment.. Very Friendly Staff and Very professional on their customer service and Urgent care! Top notch recommendation!
