The ladies here are so sweet!!! The front desk had a younger staff member named Daniela who was such a pleasant person to have service me both times I came in. There was another older woman with glasses and black hair on the phone and I could just hear how caring she was to the patients otp & then witnessed her be such a nice individual to those that came in. There was two younger ladies (Lizzy & Erin I believe?) who did my TB skin test & they made me feel so comfortable and had everything go quickly n got me to be relaxed(im scared of needles lol). Overall, the kindness of everyone on the team truly made this experience a lot less nerve wrecking for me and I just want to thank you.

I went for a random drug test, when I got there I was greeted very politely, and was told that they would be sending me a request to fill in some info on my phone. I did not have to answer a million questions this time a few questions and sent it back to the receptionist. I was called in by a nurse about 5 minutes later, this was a nice and fast visit.

Please be sure to recognize Andrea, she was absolutely phenomenal! I visited two other facilities where the lines were out the door, and the receptionists were neither helpful nor courteous. In contrast, this facility had a much smaller crowd, the wait time was very reasonable, and Andrea provided exceptional service. She was respectful, pleasant, and truly a standout. As an executive from another health care organization, I genuinely appreciate what it takes to run a smooth and efficient medical facility. Thank you for the outstanding experience!

I was in at 8:00 am,registered, called by8:25,went thru all my procedures for my medical card and out by 9:00. I think that was pretty good. Nice pleasant employees working there.

The front desk staff are consistently efficient, prompt, and courteous. However, my experiences with Rachel E. Abergel, P.A., have been disappointing. She has repeatedly demonstrated a lack of attention to delivering high-quality, compassionate healthcare and has shown little empathy or effort to address patients as individuals. During my first visits, she entered the room without asking about my symptoms or inquiring how my workplace accident occurred. She simply said , “I don’t need to ask you anything since you wrote a detailed report,” even though my report was only a couple of sentences. Subsequent follow-up appointments were no different—she was in and out without meaningful engagement. Even during our virtual phone appointment, she failed to ask about my well-being or symptoms, only reminding me about my upcoming physical therapy appointment and nothing more. The experience felt dismissive and unprofessional; this is the opposite of quality healthcare. I do not recommend Rachel E. Abergel as a Physician Assistant. As a healthcare professional myself, I was shocked by how Rachel managed her patients' experiences, demonstrating such low standards of care—especially when representing Concentra Urgent Care at moments when patients need them most. I am an extremely disappointed patient.
