Front desk personable enough Intake person "Gabby" rude Felt like I was just a number (tight fitting scubs and stringy hair) Actually told me she was going to "lunch soon" Why do I care? Did my vitals like a robot but when it came to the screening and I was done ( pee all over my fingers) she wanted me to touch screens, pens and surface areas Said she'd wipe them down and then made me stand there for 7mins to watch her clean every where I touched, do all her things she needed to do and at the end forgot to give me my personal belongings I had to remind her Ive taken several tests at different Concertas and this is the first time I recieved such rushed, ingenunuine and uncompassionate treatment Do better "Gabby"

My experience was a 5 star there was no long wait. I was assisted as soon as I walked through the door. With the utmost courtesy, assistance, and professionalism. I was out the door with what I call a timely manner compared to my past medical experiences. All my question were answered and explained to my satisfaction.

The wait was ridiculously long about 2.5 hours but I couldn't come back from what they told me so I just decided to wait. And after they helped me the lady in the back was so helpful and kind she made it all worth the wait I forgot her name alexandra or Fernanda. Whoever she was thank you so much.

Of the numerous Concentra locations I have ever visited, this one was definitely the BEST! Check-in was quick and efficient. All of the front desk ladies were polite and informative. Even though the front desk warned me that since I was a walk-in for a pre-employment physical, my total wait time combined with seeing the doctor will be about 90mins to 2hrs, I was actually in and out of there within 45 mins! The doctor that examined me was thorough and provided me with great recommendations for my back pain (not work-related). Overall, I would recommend this location if you are assigned to Concentra for employment physicals or workers comp.

I had a pre-employment appointment here for lab work, physical exam, respiratory fit testing, and drug screening. The staff was professional, organized, and efficient throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and the visit went smoothly. I appreciate how respectful and welcoming everyone was. Great experience overall.
