I went on Wednesday March the 4th 2026, walk in at almost 6 pm, even though it was very late the girls handled it to squeeze me between a cancellation and a scheduled appointment, they were really sweet and caring and help me to create my appointments scanning the code, I told them I was really worried to not make it because my thyroid medication was almost gone and I needed a refill until my new primary doctor can see me, the doctor and all the staff here were really helpful and went on top of everything and beyond. I really appreciate all of you did for me ladies. Keep on with your wonderful work.

The staff were all so kind and helpful. I was able to be seen very quickly. Everything was organized and the doctor was patient and addressed my concerns thoroughly. I genuinely felt listened to and that the staff here care about the patients they see.

I recently visited Instant Urgent Care and had a great experience. I met Ranmandeep Kaur, and she was very good, polite, and profesional throughout. The staff here is always supportive and kind, which makes this place my personal favorite urgent care in San Jose. Highly recommended!

The staff are so professional and friendly! I was traveling out of town and needed one of my medications refilled before returning home. I booked my appointment online and the doctor was extremely thorough and eager to help me reach my goal of getting my medications. Highly recommend this clinic!

Do not recommend if you have extra few minutes to go to a real urgent care at some hospital. Went here with high fever, they did some rapid tests all negative, so the doc said they can do a test that will show what i got (viral vs bacterial) the next day. So i said yes, but then at reception they scheduled me for the day after as they said it wouldn't be ready (so i was mislead on the timing from the beginning). Came by appointment the day after, waited for 45 minutes for the doctor to show up, then was told the results aren't ready.. and essentially they can't tell anything new. Learned results a week later by calling them about once a day and asking for the results. Just save yourself time and go to a real urgent care
