04/14/2026 3pm-5pm Registration department for my ultra sound made me go into a limbo so I didn't get the service that was supposed to be provided under a doctor's referral. Apparently all staff in her department were "closing" she couldn't find my information OR THE REFERRAL. If you care about your loved maybe try somewhere else that doesn't give excuses so they can clock out 45 minutes earlier than their actual closing time. I had never had such a terrible experience in aduaqate care.

All they have is urgent care. All the other offices are gated shut and they don't even have anyone available to talk to to cancel an appointment. On top of that it's a 2 hour wait no matter what and they ask for your phone number but they won't call you when your appointment is up. Staff is always consistent at being borderline racist and rude to me every time I'm here or at vmc or any court hospital. On top of all this they have no restroom even for patients.

I experienced good customer service and the doctors thoroughly explained my TB test that they were about to test me for.

Worst urgent care I’ve been to. Ridiculous wait times and they are not first come first served so be prepared to watch hordes of people who come in after you go before you. Waited 2hrs in the lobby after being told the wait was 1hr. Then finally got in front of a dr who had a rude attitude and was not very knowledgeable. Dr didn’t listen to symptoms or request for referrals as my issue was potentially serious. She had never heard of my condition and refused to look it up or learn about it. She then prescribed OTC allergy medicine and sent me away. Stay away from this place if you value your health or the health of your loved ones.

I took my husband here while visiting CA. It is an excellent urgent care facility. Everyone was very nice, from the front office, nurses, and doctor. Dr. Weng was very caring, completed a thorough exam, explained the entire process, ordered X-rays, spoke to the radiologist, and gave us a treatment plan for the fracture. He even discussed aftercare in our home state. Having been in many urgent care facilities in various states, we were impressed! Yes, it took awhile—but that is to be expected anywhere you go. I would definitely come here again if needed.
