Update: 5/22/25 Thursday afternoon Not busy. Wait time at urgent care unit is fast until past 6 PM. Never had problem checking in unlike the downtown that always turns me down the past 2 years because they can't fix their record. They're smart and good skills here! The nurses & doctor Balachandran are so nice! They're short staff so be patient. They have power outlets to charge your phones. I love the landscape here! Thank you to Dr. Kim too.

Cao Mai at McKee clinic at the lab registry is a horrible person no customer service at all she call me the S word when I told her she chose to be mean and I was asking her a question and she was rude and if she needed a new job when she called me the S word. People like her are not needed when they work patients and they don't have the customer service also if they can't be nice.

The receptionists work super slowly. It takes about 20 minutes just to check in one patient. you might have to wait past your appointment time, and you may end up having to leave even you have apm.

This place does not care about their patients… waited an entire hour just to be told to come back 5 hours later. Why couldn’t you tell me when I checked in I won’t be seen instead of making me wait an entire hour to say so. People are sick and waiting to be treated yet you guys treat people like it’s not your problem they’re sick. What’s the point of a “walk in” just to be told to come back when at a time they can make an appointment for you.

I had blood drawn at East Valley Medical Center and was surprised that another patient was allowed into the same small room while my blood was being drawn. They walked right past me to leave a urine sample. This felt uncomfortable and seemed to compromise both privacy and infection control. I hope the clinic will review its procedures so patients can complete lab work in private without interruption. I will not be coming back to this clinic and have called to switch my primary care to another clinic. I have had other issues here when I scheduled my first appointment where the person did not know how to input my information for my appointment and I ended up leaving.
