Update: I am writing this to warn others about the negligence at Valley Health Center Moorpark. I had an ER visit and needed a time-sensitive referral to a specialist. Even though Dr. Jennifer Lee and her nurse had access to all my hospital records, they refused to write the referral without an unnecessary follow-up appointment. To make matters worse, the earliest appointment they offered was 1-2 weeks out. This delay causes me to miss the critical window for my treatment. They are prioritizing billing an extra visit over a patient's immediate health needs. This is not real care; it is dangerous bureaucracy. —————————————————————————- Don’t come to this clinic if you want a good medical experience. The doctor Lee was rude and discriminating. They placed blood test and told me to go to anywhere to get tested. I went to labcorp which is one of the biggest lab agency but couldn’t find the test results of orders they put. (Shout out to labcorp didnt waste my time still get some important blood test). After I figured something is wrong, i asked in the online portal. The frequency of response is one message every day and after almost a week, i got a phone call telling me: oh you need to contact your insurance cause we dont know if the order is included. Note that this have been after one and half month since order placed. I told them i always get tests in labcorp and they just need to send order to them. And you know what, they ask me whats the FAX number! FAX?!! What age is it today?! I hold my patience and tell them its a big agency, just google it. They keep asking me get them the tax id and call insurance. Bro, shouldnt that be your job as registration? I just talked to her overall very bad experience. Dont come here if you dont want to travel to last century. Also no apology at all

The service is truly terrible; honestly, I do not recommend this hospital. Customer service is abysmal: they have some staff members of Asian descent attending to people who are incredibly rude and condescending. To top it all off, they assign you a primary care physician, but you can't manage to get an appointment until five months later—basically, whenever the doctor feels like seeing you. They don't treat patients like human beings. It's a disgrace. If you can afford it, get health insurance like Kaiser; they treat people very well there.

Highly unprofessional and rude Urgent Care doctor who belittled me for googling my symptoms, and gaslight me that my physical symptoms are due to depression or anxiety. I cannot breathe or walk properly and he says I’m just anxious?? This doctor should be fired! Turns out I was correct all along after insisting on more lab work with a primary doctor at this same clinic. I fear they are very negligent overall and the quality of service is subpar compared to elsewhere.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to get a prescription from by far. Every time for 4 months that I have had to pick up my monthly prescription there were problems . I had to consistently get in between the pharmacy and my insurance company to fix the problems that the pharmacy was causing. Telling me wrong information regarding what they are telling me that my insurance company is telling them , trying to drastically overcharge me for my medication etc.. . Every month for 4 months it was a battle . At the end they lost every battle. I ended up paying the amount I was supposed to pay and getting the exact medication I was supposed to get. Do not go here! . Blatent rip off. Several people working there do not know what they are doing . Stay away from this pharmacy . Have your doctor use an outside pharmacy for ordering your prescriptions ( Safeway, Osko, Costco).

The computerized answering system is absolutely terrible. Impossible to get any kind of useful information or reach someone who is able to assist. Do better. Much better.
