Staff is very nice and helpful. Quin, Jae, Jacky, Rana, everybody is super friendly and polite. Kind of didnt know what I was doing since ive never been to an urgent care before but Quin walked me through everything and helped with any questions. The place is unbelievably spotless and very well maintained throughout the entire building. There was no wait time for me aside from filling out check in forms for being a first time visitor. Was treated very well by Rana and she was very helpful and kind, they all even checked up on me to make sure I was okay when I was waiting for my Uber. Will come back again if i need to!

Outstanding staff that truly care about their patients! From the receptionist, to the medical assistant, to the provider..all are incredibly kind, efficient, and knowledgeable! Clinic is so clean and fresh! Highly, highly recommend! Will absolutely be back! Thank you AFC UrgentCare Staff!!

Fortunate to find this care facility. Brought my mother in and then I had to come in for the same illness. Great staff, very clean, great on site services. Easy check in. They follow up immediately. 5 stars. Thank you to everyone on staff!

I recommend AFC 100%. They took great care of me from start to finish, and the whole process felt smooth and stress‑free. Tessa communicated everything clearly and made sure I got every step done on time. She double‑checked everything so I didn’t miss anything, and I really appreciated her attention and kindness. Susan is an excellent civil surgeon. She explained everything in a way that made me feel confident and comfortable. Her instructions were clear, detailed, and very reassuring.

Overall, the experience was good. The NP Lannesha (Sorry if I butchered your name) was fantastic and helped expedite my child’s transfer to a ED when they discovered she was experiencing a life-threatening condition. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of a human error during registration. My child and I checked in online after making an appointment. While we were waiting, a couple both walked in to be seen. When they called one of them back, they both went back and they took my child’s name off the waiting list. This resulted in a delay in seeing her because the receptionist thought she was already being seen. When I told her about the error, she seemed offended and told me that arrival time doesn’t dictate the order in which people are seen. I understand this, but they hadn’t even triaged my child’s yet- they took my copay and left us to wait. I don’t think this should be held against them- we all make mistakes. I would caution anyone at this clinic to pay attention to their place on the waiting list though. The good news is that my child was seen shortly after I brought it to their attention and the office manager personally apologized to us for the oversight. Aside from a minor human error, the process was excellent and the care team did a great job.
