I’ve been here a number of times for my children and myself, and I’ve always had a wonderful experience. The doctors, nurses, and staff have always been very kind, very helpful, and express genuine care and concern. The follow-up check-ins are always comforting. I’m so grateful to have a great urgent care close to my house. It gives me peace of mind that there are compassionate providers nearby available at any time. Thank you all for your hard work!

If I could give zero stars I would. .Firstly I walk in with my son who is very sick. She tells me they are considered a er visit not an urgent care visit. Ok fine. He needs to be seen I'll pay the er visit. I fill out the paperwork as he is throwing up and saying he feels like he is gonna pass out. I asked the receptionist (pink hair) how much longer and she told me maybe 15 min. My son then started crying and saying he really needed to get back and that having him in the lobby throwing up is ridiculous. The receptionist was very rude and had zero empathy. She said " we cant take him back yet we still have a patient back there" I then said thats fine but an update would be helpful. Then another female comes to the front desk and they hide behind the computer clearly talking badly about my son. I could hear them. Then what im assuming is the doctor came up and pulled the receptionist to the side and said loudly if he says one more thing we won't see him" so your refusing care? To a sick teen who needs help. I grabbed my i.d and left and the ladies were still talking shit as we left. Poor excuse of a place. Zero stars. Horrible service. Denied care to a sick patient.

I was very pleased with today’s visit. On a Saturday evening, we were admitted quickly, and our entire visit took 30 minutes at most, which is huge with a toddler. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the online registration process. I will likely go there next time instead of Children’s hospital if we need help.

Normally i avoid going to urgent care or the doctor because I don’t like feeling like I’m complaining or being a burden, but I finally decided to take myself in tonight after arranging childcare for my son. Unfortunately, the experience made me regret going. The doctor came into the room and stood in the corner the entire visit, almost like she was afraid to even examine me. My blood pressure was high, I explained my symptoms, and I was completely dismissed. I’m 30 years old and have never had blood pressure issues before, yet they still let me just walk out the door without seeming concerned at all. I was basically told everything was “fine,” but no real effort was made to reassure me, evaluate me thoroughly, or explain anything in a helpful way. The entire interaction felt rushed and like I was inconveniencing the staff just by being there. To make things worse, after doing very little, they asked if I could pay the full amount for the visit. I’m still confused about what insurance this office even accepts because it sounded like none of the insurance plans I have were accepted, meaning I still would have had to pay out of pocket. Overall, the experience felt cold, dismissive, and uncaring. I honestly wish I had just gone to the hospital instead.

Everyone at Complete Care was so nice. The receptionist, the nurses and the doctor were all helpful and kind. The care provided was thorough and they gave us a good plan to get better. I really appreciate the thoughtful and thorough help.
