These people here are just amazing. Every time I go, they see me in the back within 15 minutes. They are some of the most courteous, and kind people that I have ever ran into with the healthcare industry. I’ve just never been disappointed going to common spirit urgent care ❤️ Thank you for your kindness 🙏🏼

I first went to UC health across the street. It was going to be an hour wait. My boyfriend called common spirit they were so helpful on getting me in even when they were about to close in 30mins. I was suffering from a 10/10 migraine and they worked on me and got me in and out in 30mins. Very compassionate and caring. I'm very grateful for this facility

Had a decent experience here but it seems there’s always a catch. Everyone was friendly and I was seen quickly, but I ended up getting referred to the ER by my NP as my laceration was a bit too bad for them to handle. All good. Was told it would be coded as a no cost visit since we “just talked” Surprise!!! A couple weeks later I get an email from CommonSpirit for a $458 bill. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to find a provider with honest billing practices

Fastest most professional urgent care I’ve ever been to. I’m traveling out of my home state and needed to be seen. I was already prepared for a difficult process but they made the whole process very easy. I highly recommend for your urgent care needs.
