I had a really great experience at Concentra. From the moment I walked in, all of the staff made me feel comfortable and treated me with kindness and respect. The environment was welcoming, and the whole process went smoothly. I especially want to recognize Taylor at the front desk—she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She made everything easy to understand and honestly made what could’ve been a stressful visit feel almost enjoyable. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism from everyone there. Thank you all!

The quality of care and professionalism at this location was amazing! From the front desk to the RN who assisted me, the entire team was friendly, helpful, and exactly what I would hope for from any clinical situation. A couple people that came in were greeted by name, and you can tell the staff here genuinely cares about their patients. Also the inside of the building was gorgeous?! 10/10 - thanks y’all!

As a Medical Traveler, I have been going to Concentra at Bijou street for pretty much all my new assignment lab work, drug screens and physical for years. Everyone is kind and courteous. The Medical Assistant/Nurses in the back who takes care of Drug screening and lab work are very friendly, personable and professional. I especially liked Alfonso the last time. A great personality and very professional. All in all, always a great team to experience.

Dr. Dan Peterson is an absolute horrible service provider. I have seen several different doctor at the clinic over the LONG year I have tried to get treatment at this clinic. This individual is the absolute worst, insulting, does listen, doesn't read the notes in the chart. He can't even perform a simple function like entering a pricption into the computer or filling out accommodations paperwork. This person is a ABSOLUTELY incompetent. If you get this provider run. I will be making a formal complaint. People like this should not be allowed to practice medicine.

Got here at 8:10am and spent over 3.5 hours here doing my physical and drug screen. Staff is great and kind. Hope they can speed up the process for future patients as I felt my time was not a priority. Truly an unacceptable wait time. Maybe they need more providers or I just came at the wrong time?
