I had a great experience at Concentra Urgent Care for my pre-employment screening. I came in for a UA, TDAP, and bloodwork, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept things moving without feeling rushed. Everything was clearly explained, and I was in and out quicker than expected. The facility was clean and well-organized, which made the visit even more comfortable. Overall, a really positive experience—definitely recommend if you need pre-employment testing done quickly and professionally.

I recently utilized this facility for a drug screening for a job offer. The front desk lady was kind and very proficient at her job. She accommodated several clients and kept the appointments moving quickly! She even called another location to track down a flu shot for someone! The lady who administered the drug test was also very kind, and wished me good luck with everything. I left feeling so excited to start my new job, and thankful for these kind, compassionate medical professionals. Thank you ladies again for being so amazing!

The staff is very cordial and very respectful and polite. The physical therapy people are super polite as well. They do get very busy here so I’ve had to reschedule two of my doctor visits and one of them. I waited over two hours when I waited over an hour due to the hours of the Business that made it not so convenient, but the staff is really terrific

I arrived at about 8 o’clock in the morning, but I wasn’t taking back till nearly 10 o’clock when I got in the back the order of testing was changed because the tech beginning my Physical was not able to draw blood because she said it would make her sick. A second person came eventually to take my blood and after missing my vein, she refused to try again, so I had to wait while she got a third person to try on my other arm that person was able to draw blood After completing all the required tests, I was placed in a examination room for 75 minutes before I was able to see the Doctor Who spoke with me for less than five minutes after that the Original technician requested I take a second urine test because she had to submit it differently than the first the entire process to have a work physical took me approximately five hours at this location, which I find to be embarrassing for you if you have any questions feel free to contact me

Staff members were very kind, I had a great experience with them. Having their PT at the facility made it easier for my treatment. The physician, NP, and therapist that attended me were great. Thank you for your great service.
