Ignorance and Incompetence with a DOT Physical! Went in for a DOT physical, got weighed with all my gear on and then given a 3 month cert because the doctor cited my weight and BMI and Diabetes. When I asked to remove my belt gear before getting on scale, I was denied. I was 12 lbs over my actual weight. She used that number to calculate my BMI. I have had an 18 inch neck since I was 16 years old. She used this to calculate my BMI as well. BMI standards have been out of date for years, but she used this as a standard to say I most likely have sleep apnea, and she would require a sleep study. (I don’t, I have been tested before) She hand checked my blood pressure at 145 over something, when I have NEVER been over 120’s. She cited high blood pressure….. I am Diabetic type 2. Years ago, DOT changed regs that you can get a 2 year cert instead of just one year if you are not insulin dependent. FACTS When I respectfully challenged both my weight stats and blood pressure, she cited her computer check boxes, and said that I had to prove to her I didn’t have sleep apnea before she would fully certify me……. She demanded a sleep study, which requires doctors appointments, a referral, etc, etc….. which would take 3-4 months to get. If you let a 3 month cert go out of date, it turns into a denial….. Meanwhile I am out of work……. I went to my PCM a few days later, weighed in 12 lbs less, BP at 120 over 77, and an already documented A1C of 6.6….. Yesterday I got rechecked by a doctor who actually KNOWS the DOT regulations, and was issued a 2 year medical cert. Thanks to this clinic, I didn’t work for almost 3 weeks…… HORRIBLE INCOMPETENCE.

I Waited a little over 25 minutes not terrible but not impressed. The Staff are very nice and Nadia very beautiful and elegant. There was no pressure during my visit. Lots of American Flags which I really like alot.

Concerta employees were pleasant and helpful, they got me in and out in a quick and orderly fashion. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing urgent care or lab work done.

Great customer service, kind, and friendly! Very well organized and efficient! All my needs were met and I left feeling very taken care of!

Sisters grove location 0 star of i could. Stephanie was great, check in, eyes and ua all smooth. I ended up leaving the office as I sat waiting for the doctor for an hour! Not acceptable for there not being but maybe 3 patients in front of me. I am not one to complain but this was beyond disrespectful!!! MarkDabling location 5+ start. In and out within a half an hour and they were busy, at least 10 in the waiting room. Top notch, they need to train sisters grove!
