Extremely disrespectful staff members. If Ashley is still employed, do not let your loved one come here. They watched my grandmother go through psychosis but CHOSE to do nothing about it, until she ended up in the hospital. The staff doesn't care about any of the residents and the staff goes out of their way to accuse family members and MAKE UP LIES. The attitude that every single staff member has is despicable. Me and my family wish we sued this place when we could have, but it's too late. I just want to warn every other person that is thinking of this place for a loved one, my advice is... Find any other place. Literally ANY other place. So disappointed.

Dr. Kimberly Stein consistently does not listen to her patients and appears unwilling to take patient concerns or input into consideration. Appointments feel rushed, and she seems determined to do things her own way rather than working collaboratively or explaining treatment options. This made my experience extremely frustrating and left me feeling unheard and dismissed. Communication was poor, and questions were not fully addressed. If you have an appointment scheduled with her at 3205 North Academy Blvd, I strongly suggest requesting a different provider or rearranging your appointment ahead of time to avoid a similar experience.

I’d leave zero stars if I could. 20 til closing and they wouldn’t even do vitals on my daughter. Came in with cardiac symptoms. Receptionist was completely annoyed as soon as we walked in. I’d be worried about keeping my job if I treated my patients like this.

Lady who finally answered at 6:20 11/14/2025 is lazy and unhelpful. Go to a different doctors office. Peak vista is too much of a hassle to deal with.

I think most of the reviews are old and lots of things have changed since these. I was there yesterday and honestly, beyond the extremely affordable rates (I love their community centered charity type of endeavour), I was received by kind and professional receptionist (and not all Spanish speaking as some might have pointed out, though am sure some speak Spanish fluently since everything is displayed in both languages, as in any Peak Vista facility), I was treated with courtesy care and gentleness. PA-C Caroline Henne did a wonderful job listening to me and finding the right treatment for my health issues and proposed a follow up to make sure everything is addressed. Peak Vista remains my care provider and I highly recommend it, just register and make an appointment as this is a facility where only urgent issues are treated, other facilities are for non urgent care (and include specialized services like Dental, who are super affordable with the sliding scale and of great quality). I also used the pharmacy next door to it and they were kind and medicines prices were low. Thank you for what you do for the community who can't afford a health insurance Peak Vista! I wish you long life
