My wife was seen here for the family practice a few months ago to establish care. The doctor she originally scheduled with never showed to the appointment so she was seen by a NP who honestly had no idea what she was doing. She told my wife they offered in house services that they didn't, and told her she'd put referrals into places she never did. Then, this NP charged insurance multiple times for the same things, and for services we didn't receive. Both my wife and I have called billing over and over again for months. We always have to leave messages and never receive a call back. At this point, were considering reporting this place and the NP (Jessalynn) for insurance fraud.

Was seen here on April 6th and told my co pay was $25. Paid the co pay and then was told I hadn't met my deductible so I owed $200. Thought that was odd but was already there, paid co pay, and in need of medical treatment so I reluctantly paid it. Get my EOB from my insurance and they covered everything (no $200 deductible mentioned) except my $25 co pay. I've written on numerous platforms (website, app, Facebook) asking them to return my $200 overpayment. This has been going on for about a month now and I haven't heard anything from them. BTW... the person checking in behind me was told the same thing and had to pay the extra $200. Will never go there again and going to be contacted my bank next to try and get my refund. Don't make the same mistake I did and go b somewhere else.

This urgent care came up under my Anthem Health Insurance. I sent my daughter there as she was feeling really unwell! They charged her $200 - yes my copay ! When I called they said NO WAIT TIME . My daughter did wait - 2 hrs to see someone who did not even check her VITALS !!! Do not go here ! I’m shocked ! What kind of Urgent Care does not even check vitals?

Do NOT go here — I had to sue to get my refund I was overcharged by about $400 over two visits and spent over a YEAR on the phone and filing billing claims with no refund. Only after filing a small claims suit and having the company served did they finally respond and reimburse me. In my case I served registered agent Nicole Dennis and then received settlement emails from Anita Wiescamp, who initially downplayed my claim before agreeing to settle. Document everything, keep receipts and records of every call/email, and be prepared to escalate to small claims if they ignore you. Do NOT trust their billing process to resolve an overcharge quickly.

I've always had good care here from coughs to COVID. Sometimes I'm not sure if the message goes through to the doctor for callbacks. Other times doctor was prompt so I guess it depends Doctors and staff are all really good though.
