My experience at this emergency room was unlike any other. I was in and out in 2 hours! Granted they might not have been as busy by emergencies at the time I arrived but I felt like I was important to them. Everything was well explained to me about what was happening, what they were testing for and why I was waiting between visits in the room, etc.

While the Grandview ER is closest to home, the wxperience was so positive, I would travel further if I need another ER visit. The registration process was easy and pleasant! We were seen quickly without delay. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The facility is clean, well organized, and professional. They boosted my confidence that this is a first-rate, excellent facility. The ER physician was charming and made me very confident in his ability and caring!

I thought nurses and doctors were supposed to be nice. These people were rude. The doctor talked to me through a door crack as she was leaving asking me how much blood work I wanted to get done. I could barely hear her. I told him my kidneys were hurting and she said she did not think I knew where my kidneys were. I've had kidney pain my whole life. It runs in my family. I thought the nurse wanted to stab instead of take my blood. I don't know what's going on with that clinic but don't go there. Medical offices are just not what they used to be.

Had to take my son to the er, and I was so impressed with how quickly they got us in and out of there and also how wonderful, nice and helpful the nurses and doctor was! Would definitely recommend going here if you need to go to an er. Great, nice and clean place. Great workers.

I was visiting from Montana and had been out on trails in the Woodland Park, Florissant area. Halfway through our trail experience I fell and cut my arm. It was a Saturday and evening by the time we got back into any area that we could find an urgent care, of course they were all closed by then, but we found UC Emergency Care on our way back into Colorado Springs. We stopped and I was seen immediately, given great care with professional nurses and doctors. And released with confidence in how to care for my wound. I was very grateful for their availability and care for me.
