My mother had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Eric Wu. He came across as rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping her. The entire visit felt rushed, and instead of listening or showing any compassion, he basically said there was nothing he could do in an irritated tone and offered to do an X-ray it felt to kind of shut her and her concerns up. As a patient, she expected professionalism and at least some level of empathy, but unfortunately we left feeling unheard and frustrated. No one seeking medical care should be treated like they are a burden. I would not recommend this ER if he’s the doctor you’d be seeing.

We had a great experience here today. My husband broke his leg after falling on ice and this ER is closest to us. We got in and out quickly and everyone was super friendly and helpful, from check-in to discharge. I’m surprised to see the negative reviews because our experience was very positive.

I had to call an ambulance to pick me up from this location to take me to an actual hospital. As this is really not an emergency room like they say it is, because the front desk lady said it was an urgent care and if it's an emergency situation that I could call 911 for an ambulance. I said I thought this was an emergency room. What a joke!! I had a kidney stone, and anyone who has ever had one it's very comparable if not worse than child birth in my experience, and they looked at me like I was just screaming in pain and throwing up in their front room for a show. Never got triaged. Front desk very unprofessional.

Absolutely disgusting. Never had such a bad experience with this place. Small child with breathing issues, blue lips... Not sure if it's the new staff or they just don't care anymore but to tell a patient parent you forgot them for over 2 hours... Kudos to make doctor for being honest and telling me. But then the female comes in and lies about it... Shame on you. I would never wish your services on my enemies. Do better or find something else to do. Doctors are supposed to be trustworthy. You are one of the reason the health care system suffers. Only reason I am giving 2 stars is the male doctor was honest. Went to actual emergency room and admitting for hypoxia for the child under 85 percent oxygen they sent home. At least this other hospital cares about the kids. Also they didn't document the treatment they gave him. I.e. put him on oxygen before discharge and nothing documented about it.

I’ve come here several times for myself and for my children, simply because it’s the closest ER to us. I have not had one good experience with the front desk; I’m not kidding, every single time they have been extremely rude & beyond unprofessional. Only giving 2 stars because I’ve had decent experiences with the actual nurses/doctors. The front desk people really ruin the place.
