I recently received care at UCHealth Urgent Care & Emergency Room located at 3790 E Woodmen Rd in Colorado Springs, and I am truly grateful for the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, efficient, and compassionate. The front desk team made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The nursing staff was attentive, kind, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns without rushing me. The provider who treated me was thorough, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. I felt heard, respected, and well cared for throughout my visit. The facility itself was clean, organized, and operated in a very timely manner. In moments when you’re not feeling your best, having a team that combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion makes all the difference. I would confidently recommend this location to anyone in need of urgent or emergency care in Colorado Springs. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding care.

We were checked in with conveniently and easy questions to answer. Whole care team including the check in staff were great and professional. They all were very respectful of us. The reason we went in for was taken care urgently with the shot of pain reliever and the process continued after it with ease and in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely recommend this ER room if you want to be treated urgently and with care. The whole health care team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Friendly reminder that your friendly neighborhood healthcare system is there to make a profit above all else. I actually had a great experience here. Went in after an accident that ended with 7 stitches on the side of my knee. Dr. Moats was awesome, as well as the nurse who helped with care. Was in and out in under an hour. The $6,352 bill is the reason for the 1-star review, no shade against the awesome people.

The Team at this location did such a great job with my daughter who has three autism. They we’re very caring and compassionate. They got us in and out very quickly and I’m very thankful for the care that they provided.

Dr. Cook, Heide, Darryl, and Johnathan were all phenomenal caretakers to me today. I was promptly seen, prioritized, and heard. The team was willing to work with me when I was in a sick and pained state, and they helped me navigate a prescription issue. I can’t speak for any other providers or staff at this location - but these four were fantastic. Thank you, all!
