Lucas 4 months agoAs a former firefighter I’ve witnessed my fair share of terrible medical staff, Grandview takes the cake on one of the most useless ER facilities I’ve ever seen. You sit here for hours only to have the staff talk to you condescendingly, act as if they somehow don’t believe you but then they skim through everything you provide for them. Wasted 5 hours in this facility to be told there is nothing they can do. Honestly if you get dropped off here by AMR ask to be transferred out immediately or else you will continue to suffer. P.s. Dr. Eric Yu should lose his license for malpractice and I’ll be sure to go though whatever channels necessary to file any and every complaint against him and your entire staff.
Amy Moss 5 months agoI had an echocardiogram scheduled here. The day before it was scheduled, they called to tell me that I was going to be charged a $970 facility fee. What a joke. I have good insurance and the test itself cost around $300. Now I've spent 2 days being transfered through the entire UC Health system with no answers. But we all have to do our part to make sure that the shareholders get as much $$ out of us as possible. Although for me it means I just go without the tests.
Grant Waterman 5 months agoFive minute late policy? Uchealth made over a billion dollars in 2025 but they can't afford a patient to be six minutes late. Oh, and you'll get a warning letter for your poor performance. You pay Ferrari prices at UCHealth and get ford focus care. If there wasn't such a national shortage of primary care doctors I would *absolutely* go ANYWHERE ELSE. They're fine if you have literally nowhere else to go.
Robert Hanson 5 months agoI had a total knee replacement at Grandview last week. I have to say this was the finest hospital experience I’ve ever had. I am a family practice physician myself, and was chief of medicine of the hospital in Woodland Park for years, so I have some experience in hospitals. The OR staff was awesome. The nursing staff was superb. Even the food was good!!! If I could give more stars I would. Kudos!
L Edwards 6 months agoupdate - After Inposted my review they came in and took me to the xray. Things went a lot faster after that. Aside from the front desk staff (only saw when i checked in), everyone was friendly. I've given them another star because my only complaint was the timing between inital triage and xray. But, that only makes it 3⭐ because I feel I wasted a lot of unnecessary time there. I doubt I would come back as my time is valuable to me, even if it isn't to anyone else. It felt like it was another night at work for them (no rush), but it was past my bedtime and, I am in pain so I just wanted to go home. Maybe I will be less irritated after I sleep. ----------------------- So far not impressed. Front desk staff wasn't friendly at all. Triage nurse was pleasant, professional. Dr seemed alright. But, been here two hours just sitting in the triage room waiting for an xray. I have been out to use the restroom twice and the place is empty. what is taking so long? I came to this er because it was closer. I won't make that mistake again. No one here but it is taking a very long time. I can hear staff having a great time but haven't heard them talking to any other patients. I don't see anyone when I go out to use the restroom. I don't hear anyone checking in. I am seriously considering leaving and driving across town to Memorial where I have gone in to a full lobby and been out quicker. This is ridiculous.
