I brought my two-year-old in for a single stitch. He’s an incredibly calm and wise little toddler who always cooperates well with medical staff, even while in pain. Throughout the entire visit, he didn’t cry once until he was almost finished getting stitched. Jordan accidentally pinched him pretty badly under the eye. The stitch was also extremely loose. I brought it to Jordan’s attention, but she reassured me it was fine but it wasn’t. When we got home, I ended up using bandages myself to help close the wound. Also lack of aftercare guidance. No one discussed infection prevention, wound care, ointments, just pain management which they also didn’t give me (we have insurance) . They also wasn’t busy at all — we were the only people in the waiting room and were seen immediately. The staff was kind, but I personally don’t think this urgent care is the best choice for young children, even very calm and cooperative ones. I later took my son to his pediatrician, who also agreed the stitch was far too loose. They recommended leaving it in longer than the urgent care originally advised because it had already started sticking to the healing skin from the long loose thread. I would recommend taking children to a pediatric urgent care or children’s hospital whenever possible.

A friend recommended this facility to me due to my daughter being sick and us being unable to get an appointment with our provider. Nurse Karen and Nurse Practitioner Dacus were amazing! Along with every receptionist that we saw. I am so happy that I have found a great urgent care facility that truly cares about the patients. We were treated so quickly with the upmost compassion and consideration. I will be returning in the future!

Will accept your insurance, charge you for visit, diagnose, but not treat or provide care. I went in because I fell and hurt my wrist and was in a lot of pain. I was seen and X-rayed and told my wrist was broken. My discharge papers showed pain meds and the intake nurse asked what pharmacy I go to. I went straight over to the pharmacy after the visit only to waste an hour and a half more of my time because no prescription had been called in or issued for me. I was referred to an orthopedic who can't see me for 20 days. I called back to the urgent care office and asked what was happening and told someone would call back. No one did. I called the next day (yesterday) and was treated rudely after explaining the situation and told that the provider who saw me yesterday was not in today and to be treated for my injury with pain meds I'd have to be seen again with another appointment. I was made to feel like I was just trying to get pain medication for recreational drug use or something. It's disgusting that I was not only treated this way, but told that I'd have to be charged again out of pocket and through my insurance for something I'd already been seen for, and told that a broken bone isn't enough pain to be in to be provided with medical care besides an X-ray diagnosis. Horrible

I went to Urgent Care due to a strong pain in my right knee. Everyone at the facility was courteous and professional. I was looked at in a timely manner and the RN who treated me answered all of my questions and gave me good details on my injury and the way forward for repair and recovery. I was very happy with the experience!

I’ve gone to this location several times and each time, I’ve been treated with respect. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The providers listen carefully to your concerns and ask lots of questions to properly diagnose what is going on. I’m completely satisfied and will continue to use this location and facility if/when inn in need of Urgent Care. I would also like to add that the provider who assisted me “Gigi NP” was absolutely the best!! So sweet and attentive!
