I really loved my appointment with Dr. Amy Nwankwo. She truly listened to me and made me feel heard. Previous doctors have dismissed my concerns repeatedly, so when I was searching for a new doctor, I looked for a very long time and was very thorough in my research. Dr. Nwankwo lived up to her great reviews and even exceeded my already high expectations. I left my appointment smiling and feeling happy and positive with our treatment plan. Thank you so much Dr. Nwankwo for being such an amazing physician. The office is also very well run. Everyone else was kind and it was just an overall great experience.

Dr. Nwankwo is outstanding! She was extremely patient, thorough and consistent during my examination. She displayed extreme patience, as I explained my health and life changing experiences that have impacted my overall, physical, mental and emotion health. She was extremely personable and smiled the enitire examination. I feel safe and supported under her care.

My experience was not good. The office felt very unorganized from start to finish. At one point, the doctor left the door open while I was on the exam table to go get something, which made me uncomfortable. A tech also accidentally gave me pillowcases instead of a gown, which added to the confusion. Communication throughout the appointment was very unclear. The doctor was kind, but I did not feel listened to. She repeatedly referred to me “scheduling my annual appointment” even though I was there for my annual at that moment, which was very confusing. On top of that, the office submitted the wrong code to my insurance, leaving me with a bill of over $200 that should not be my responsibility. I have been trying to contact the office for over a month regarding this issue. I’ve called multiple times, left messages, and used the patient portal, but no one has responded. Overall, this experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable in my opinion. I will not be returning.

I had a medical issue come up unexpectedly and, after learning that my primary care doctor couldn’t see me, I searched for an urgent care facility nearby. I found this Allcare location, and their website clearly stated they accept walk-ins for urgent care—so it seemed like the perfect solution. When I arrived, the front desk was completely unattended and the waiting area was empty. I stood there for several minutes and eventually started calling out “hello” just to see if anyone was even there in the office. After a few more minutes, someone finally came out, only to tell me they were fully booked and not accepting any walk-ins. She was extremely dismissive and showed zero concern or compassion for someone seeking urgent medical care. This was my first and definitely last time visiting this Allcare location. The experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Amy Nwankwo! She was personable, lively, knowledgeable and put me so much at ease for my appointment. She gave me great advice regarding medical questions I had, took the time and didn’t try to rush. I am very fortunate to have found a great provider such as Dr. Nwankwo. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her.
