I’ve been to PM pediatrics in other states. This location was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been here for 3 hours and still not seen. The doctor is determined to deal with another child that clearly should go to the ER. After 3 hours of being with the patient she said they needed to call 911. That is highly irresponsible of the doctor. I’m not a medical professional and from what saw I knew the child should’ve gone to the ER. If anything were to happen to that child it would 100% be the fault of that doctor. This is my 3rd time at this location and each time the experience gets worse and worse. It’s Saturday, March 7th at 4:15 pm. The nursing staff was great. The doctor is horrible. Upon leaving I went to the front desk to ensure I was not going to be billed for the visit because I will need to take my son to another urgent care. The front desk lady was extremely rude. She definitely shouldn’t be managing the front desk. She clearly hates her job. I will say the lady that checked me in for my 1:15pm appointment was professional and kind. She did seem overwhelmed by how many people were in the waiting room because things were not moving.

What an amazing urgent care! I came in before 7 p.m. for a sore throat and was seen and testing quickly. I was given the start of my treatment the same day by the practice!! All the staff including Dr. Jacqueline Regan were really nice and friendly! I would highly recommend it.

I am so thankful for this place! I can always get my child in last minute, the wait time is minimal, and the staff + doctors are amazing. Frankly, we now only go here instead of our pediatrician for minor illnesses because of the ease and speed of this clinic. The visit charge is only $5 or $10 more than our pediatricians co-pay so it’s worth it!

Three cheers for Somonia at PM Pediatrics in Columbia Heights. She convinced a very scared five year old to take a dose of much needed medicine in the most magical way I’ve seen in my five years as a parent. Dr. Ashley was also so helpful and kind. There was almost no wait and the space was bright and cheerful. If you have to take your kid to urgent care as your city is still digging out of a major snow storm, this is the way to do it.

Loved this urgent care. First time visit, my daughter had gone to her own physician twice n 3 weeks. Couldn’t tell me anything. Went to urgent care seen within 10 min and diagnosis shortly after spent all of 30 min there and they helped my baby out. Would forever vouch for this pediatric urgent care. Very clean place and even better customer service from all staff
