Was recommended to this place by a friend and she was right on point. She ranked this facility high on the list for urgent care. They were very quick, I was registered as soon as I walked in and after filling out the appropriate paperwork my name was called to see the nurse for my vitals to be taken and 10 minutes later I was speaking with the doctor. This place was very efficient. I will definitely be recommending this place to others for a great experience being taken care of quickly.❤️

Excellent customer service. I walked in and was immediately attended to. The Physician Assistant who attended to my son was very knowledgeable, polite, and thorough with his examination. We were in and out under 2.5 hours. I’ve never had a bad experience.

had such a wonderful experience at MedStar Health Urgent Care today, and I truly can’t thank the team enough. My daughter sprained her ankle on Friday and initially received care at another urgent care in Cumberland, which unfortunately left us feeling uncertain and concerned. Wanting a second opinion and better care, we came here—and I am so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, every single staff member was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The entire team made my daughter feel comfortable and cared for, which means so much as a parent. The doctor was thorough, reassuring, and took the time to make sure everything was properly evaluated and explained. We were in and out within an hour, and they made sure my daughter left with exactly what she needed—a properly fitted brace to support her ankle at school and correctly sized crutches (which made a huge difference compared to our previous experience). This level of care, efficiency, and compassion is rare, and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you to everyone at MedStar Health Urgent Care for taking such great care of my daughter—we truly appreciate it and won’t forget it. Keep up the amazing work!

I had a little trouble checking in online but the reception staff was very helpful. I waited for 10 minutes for the PA. The PA was very thorough and knowledgeable. She ordered X-Rays and after 15 minutes came back with the results. She provided a clear care plan.

Extremely professional and personable staff! The space was kept sanitized and tidy and all staff had exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients were comfortable and taken care of. Staff also provided immense kindness to patients during times of sickness. My time here was made bearable by the impeccable staff at Navy Yard MedStar Health!
