Katie Fan 4 months agoAllCare was okay before, but I had an appointment two weeks ago since it's transitioned to CloseKnit and the provider was fine, he ordered an xray--which I got over a week ago now (last Monday) and was told my results would be back to me within a week. I sent a message on Thursday in the CloseKnit portal and haven't heard back now, Wednesday. Actually horrendous service.
Nathan Finn 3 months agoSTAY AWAY! When this place was under Allcare, it was great and easy to work with. Now with Closeknit buying the practice the quality has gone down a cliff. When messages in the portal used to be responded to within a hour I am now going on 5 days of unresponsive for a necessary medication. I have tried calling and calling and no one picks up. Their prescription partner does not pick up their phone. I called Closeknit directly and no one picks up - I was on hold for 5 hours at one point - and left voicemails that have been left unanswered for days - FOR NECESSARY MEDICATION! The new doctors also seem to rush you in and out; The "doctor" I saw never even took a look at my chart and I spent no more than 5 minutes in the room with him. No wonder my old doctor who I loved got the hell out of there. Do yourselves a favor and change to another practice immediately like I did. Such a shame.
Haley Foster 5 months agoThis is my second time visiting AllCare. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. I know that when I’m unwell, I can turn to them and have my needs taken care of. I’ve seen two different practitioners here and both have improved my quality of life.
Zhane Richardson 6 months ago1. Never could get a human on the phone. They have an AI with 3 canned responses and no way to get a receptionist. 2. Finally booked an appointment for 12/10 through an online portal. Did not receive a confirmation and thought it failed, so booked elsewhere. 3. Two weeks later I finally get a confirmation email, so cancelled other appointment. This place was closer and earlier. I received a voicemail confirming my appointment and email to begin pre-registration. 4. Showed up for my appointment and they were closed. Don't use these people. There's probably a reason they're always accepting new patients.
Emma Kerr 2 months agoI had my appointment on Friday 3/6. Previous to this, my appointment was scheduled in-person and a few hours before they called me to tell me they cancelled it. They rescheduled me for a virtual visit and did not let me know it would not be in-person. During my meeting with my provider, he could not get the video call to work so he called me on my phone (that’s fine). All that we discussed was updating prescriptions. It is now 3/11 and I have called their office three times and they still have not sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy. It seems like the people who pick up the phone do not actually work at the office and as much as they try to help I want to talk directly to office staff. ADDED 4.9.2026: I scheduled a follow up with my doctor and was told he no longer works there. They never notified me of this. So I had to schedule with a new provider. While waiting for the Zoom meeting to start, their front desk called me and told me my insurance is “unverifiable” even though I have had appointments previously with them under the same insurance? The secretary told me the only way for them to verify my insurance was to merge a call between her and my insurance rep or come in person to show her my insurance. WHAT? Pathetic excuse for a doctors office. The worst service I have ever had in my life, and I didn’t even get to go to my meeting because the insurance issue ended up taking 30 minutes even though it should have been figured out on their end way before the beginning of my appointment time.
