Hello my neighborhood family. I am a current patient of Community Of Hope, Marie Reed location. I was referred to the facility through my little brother who only ever had great experiences to share. Since being a patient, I have undergone weight loss surgery and try every day to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I was introduced to The Healthy Lifestyle Program through Community Of Hope and it has changed my lifestyle habits tremendously! Dr. Asha and Ms. Joelys, the coordinators of the program, are amazing and well knowledgeable concerning the importance of the information they provide to the clients. I strongly recommend this program to any and all patients who are struggling or want to maintain healthy relationships with their health! If you are looking for a primary physician or a new provider home, come to Community Of Hope! It’s your family away from home!!

Not sure sure what happened but I can no longer recommend this as a clinic. Trying to get an appointment is absolutely ridiculous, and when you are finally able to make an appointment, they take a long time to call you back, and make you fill out pages and pages of useless paperwork asking for more and more information that they should already have. Why do we need to fill all this out every single time we come in? It used to be good. I used to be seen at my appointment time within 5 minutes of arriving, and now the wait is over 30 minutes when I'm on time. Do better. I'll stick to Kaiser from now on.

I will be reporting Doctor Liyla to the board for medical negligence. I’ve been calling since last week for a script and no one, has got back to me. Even after explaining experiencing pain and discomfort, no one has returned my call or responds to messages in the portal. Worst experience ever

While I have enjoyed the care I have received at COH, especially by Dr. McGovern, the scheduling process is such a barrier to care. They only book 5 days out for their appointments and that includes the weekends. I have unfortunately decided to switch my care because I can’t even schedule a follow up appointment to be seen after an emergency room visit due to the slots filling up as soon as they open. I have called several times and been told to call back the next day and see if there are slots open but each time I call, every slot is filled and I am asked to call back the next day and try again.
