The facilities are nice clean warm and cozy. The front desk and the physician were nice. The physician is a great stick 1st time for blood work. Had an N95 Fit Test here and they did it quick. The entire visit was like 45 min start to finish. There wasn't any wait. Great for a basic visit in and out.

Was able to get an appointment ASAP when I needed it today and had all of my concerns resolved. My provider was very friendly, attentive and genuine. Thank you!! I would recommend her and all the providers I have seen. I have been using Medics USA Dupont and Columbia Heights for over 10 years and I am grateful for the hard work they put in and the care that they give. I love that they offer virtual, in person And walk in services.

Helpful receptionist, lovely and kind Doctor/Nurse Practitioner, quick visit (it seems I came at a lucky time, as there was no one else waiting.) The doctor/nurse practitioner provided a quick and thorough solution and resolved my problem. My condition was a nightmare, as my face was incredibly swollen from a bug bite, and I had a performance that very night. See before and after photos, 1:34 pm and then by the evening.

The atmosphere was extremely professional yet quiet and serene. The medical services was actually top notch and the staff were extremely nice comforting during the visit. This is definitely a place for children and the elderly regarding hands on personal medical care and for everyday working people who want thier medical needs met. I was scheduled for a pre-employment physical and PT test with Medics USA, and from start to finish the experience was excellent. The staff was very friendly, professional, and caring, which immediately put me at ease. I didn’t have to wait long before starting my exam or PT test, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Medics USA to anyone needing similar services.
