I would highly discourage anyone from going to this urgent care. There are way better options available in Arlington. They cared more about my insurance and co-pay than my care. The front desk staff was unfriendly and I spent longer filling out paperwork than seeing the doctor, who also was unfriendly and had a horrible bedside manner. However, the real kicker is that I was there for a possible blood clot in my leg. The doctor didn't even look at it, said barely 10 words to me, wrote me an order for an ultrasound and sent me on my way. That's not the issue. The issue is that I got the ultrasound the next day and called them for the results and they said "someone will call you when we have time." In my mind, knowing whether I have a blood clot or not is an urgent concern and I should have been put on hold so they could get the doctor to speak to me. THEY NEVER CALLED ME. Meanwhile they posted in my portal that I needed to go immediately to the ER. Wouldn't that be something you would CALL SOMEONE for? Seems like an emergency for me. All they did was post in the portal. What if I hadn't checked? What if I didn't have a computer? This is pure negligence and a total lack of regard for my care. I will never return to this place and will not recommend it to anyone.

Vista Urgent Care is an awesome medical facility with a great, professional medical team! They take special care of all patients who arrive there. After checking in, I was called to the back one night because I was pregnant and didn't know if my home blood pressure reading was correct. Well, it really was high. Robyn was the nurse working that night and she was like my mother. She told me I needed to get to the hospital urgently and that she was giving me 30 minutes to go home, pack a bag, and get there. She told me she was going to call the hospital to make sure I arrived safely, and she really did call. I've been to many Urgent Care facilities. No one has ever taken the time to follow-up like she did and call a hospital to make sure the patient arrived safely. Plus, it was after hours by the time I arrived to the hospital. I'm saying all of this to say if you want a great medical facility with a medical staff that cares, go to Vista Urgent Care! They will always take care of you in every way possible!

The doctor or nurse practitioner was great and the availability of PCR testing led to a quick and accurate diagnosis for my son. However, the manner and attitude of the first guy (medical technician) who saw my 9 year old was so rude that my son was afraid and wanted to leave. That guy should be fired. Overall it is a great urgent care and our experience was marred by one bitchy guy.

I’m very grateful for the care I received at vista medical center at Harrison center. Setting up the appointment was quick, the staff was attentive and professional, and they took the time to clearly explain everything I needed to do at home afterward. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring.

Medically, it was a great timely visit. However, I took away a star because the "urgent care" center operates only until 8:00 so I was charged for a medical visit, which my insurance would not cover. I thought this was ridiculous since don't emergencies occur after 8? Also, was charged for a test, which the NP said she wasn't going to do since I was getting treatment that night. I will call them on this and hopefully get the $53 back.
