Be aware that THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE facility. You will be billed as a "Doctor's Visit" even though NO doctor will be involved in your care. Insurance will not reimburse if you are visiting from out of town. They will mislead you about this point. Also, "Dr Bernard" is not a DOCTOR but rather a NURSE practitioner, again misleading.

Go in for a simple asthma inhaler and they bill you $330 for an appointment and refuse to bill your insurance. They also refuse to provide an itemized bill. When you call them up - you get the runaround. Avoid. Edit: Responding to the response (suggestion to contact their patient support line) - their patient support line is beyond useless. Takes an hour to get nowhere. No way to get a detailed bill - had to be transferred to second tier support. The attitude of second tier support seems like they were doing me a favor. They only were able to provide me with a total receipt (no details) and a visit report. Insurance wants more details.

I saw Dr.Bernard on A weekend DAY, he is EXCELLENT, SUCH A VIBRANT , POSITIVE BED SIDE MANNER AND A GREAT PERSONALITY. MOST DOCTOR'S NOWADAYS DON'T EVEN PROVIDE THE CARE AND CLASS LIKE HE DID. I ENJOYED MY VISIT. I HAVE WORKED WITH A LOT OF PHYSICIANS AT WORK AND MAJORITY OF THEM FAIL IN COMPARISON TO DR.BERNARD.HE TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF ME AND THOROUGLY ADDRESSED ALL MY HEALTH CONCERS AND QUESTIONS...PLEASE HURRY AND MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE HIM A PCP PROVIDER, AS HE WOULD BE THE BEST PCP EVA, providing quality care to all of CVS'S NEW AND RETURNING PATIENTS.HE PROMISED TO CALL ME WITH MY TEST RESULTS, HE CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY ON THE WEEKEND TO INFORM ME....HE IS SIMPLY THE BEST in THE DMV !!!!! THANKS FOR TAKING CARE OF ME DR.B !!!

The nurse practitioner was awesome! She was in a great mood, which was infectious. She had me in and out very quickly, but took the time to explain everything about the COVID and flu vaccines.

Came around 11 am for walk in; at 12:45 I was told to leave and come back at 1:40. When I called I was told my appointment was at 2pm, so I arrived 1:50-ish. After that I waited until 15:20, and when I asked when I could get in I was told that all time slots are booked for the day and that they suggest me to leave. Really disappointed as this is the only place for urgent care on the weekends
