Had some extensive ear wax buildup and a recent diving trip made it worse. Went around a couple of other clinics that are either fully booked or don't have the service. Waited only 10 minutes at Ala Moana Walk-in Medical Center and immediately got my ear wax removed. Dr. Kim was very nice, so are the nurses. Definitely would recommend!

Leon y Kim is unclear to me. He said to start antibiotics if other solutions don’t work and he was going to prescribe me jargon x med and jargon Y med and I asked him so are you prescribing me antibiotics (or did I need to come back? was in my mind) and he says x is the antibiotic and I said “so you want me to start that a little later?” And he said no that’s not what I said. And he did this while looking at me all condescendingly.

Walked in for possible upper respiratory infection and cough and was speedily greeted by staff and seen by Dr Kim. Consummate professional that got me on my way. Very impressed. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience here. I got water in my ear while swimming, which caused an infection, headache, and swelling. Dr. Kim and his staff were extremely kind and caring. He gave me an injection and prescribed medicine, and I felt so much better right away. Thank you, Dr. Kim!
