Got in to see an Orthopedic, they had me see a PA that was maybe 25yo. Gave me a diagnosis and prescribed me a treatment that didn’t work at all, because it was a wrong diagnosis. Now I understand that we’re human and make mistakes, but to see a PA I could’ve gone to an urgent care - they’re not that trained for certain type of situations (my husband is a PA too). I have anything against the girl that visited me, I bet she did her best. I would’ve gladly seen an orthopedic since they charged me 400$ to “have seen” one.

I think everyone has different situation and experience. But mine was good. I went to a PT session in Jaco Rehab, and they referred me to this place downstairs to take an Xray for my rib pain. This clinic is able to walk in. I filled in a few forms and waited maybe 20min to take the xray and another 20min to meet a physician. The physician shares some suggestions and other helpful information about my situation. They are very patient. This is much better than another urgent care I went to in Waikiki where they didn’t provide any helpful information.

I really wanted to like this place. Even though there was only 2 people in the office I waited a long time to be seen. Also they really need to treat patients differently as a 50-year-old menopausal woman is different than a 20-year-old. I've gone twice leaving with no solution or reducing in pain even after cortisol shot. I feel they didn't inject in proper spot. Both times I was dismissed when I stated excercise exasperates my knee. I am not stupid or naive in doing the certain exercise I do for my knee. I know there's something different going on with my knee. What about athletes? Are their knee problems because they don't exercise??? They're not diagnosing it properly. So now I have to spend more time away from work and spending more $ to see another Doctor.Oh but what do I know? If you take your car in to be fixed and they don't. You wouldn't pay them. It's just crazy to me that there's really no accountability for people in the medical field. If there was a lot of these clinics & Drs would not exist. I gave them one star only because they all seem nice just not knowledgeable.😔

Efficient and professional. Monday 2:05pm parked in the lot (no ticket but use the QR code to sign up if you haven't used the system somewhere else). 2:10 checked in with form I printed from their site, my ID and insurance. 2:30 X-rays with polite, friendly, efficient tech. 2:35 Nurse Practitioner examined professional and gentle. 2:45 done. 2:50 out the lot for just $2 + $0.40 fee. Will do the exercise recommended for my knee, continue icing and using compression sleeve, rest 2-4 weeks and hopefully pain will be gone so I can go back to it. (The first receptionist was professional but not exactly friendly. Second front desk person appeared to also be a PA/Nurse/Tech and was very curt, but that doesn't bother me.)

My injection technician Kendra was & has been supremely amazing upbeat fun & trustworthy. Her injection technique using cryo spray made the anticipated pain non existent
