I love Braun Urgent Care so much. One health care office that truly cares about you and your health and wellbeing . They are my primary care on the island . I don’t know how they manage to find such caring and genuine people. Reception is always so quick and helpful. Chris is my primary doctor and he is fantastic. Most of my concerns are silly and caused by my hypochondria:) but when I am actually sick , or even if I’m not and just have concerns - he takes it seriously and is so patient and so knowledgeable and supportive . He is very compassionate and caring , has a very calm, soothing and positive presence that puts me at ease the moment I walk in. One doctor office that cares more about your well being rather than trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible . They listen to your concerns with care and take time to assess and give you exact treatment you need with no extra things added. If you need a good professional that cares about you than their business - go to Braun Urgent care . Chris is also not just a typical medical professional but a very knowledgeable in actual wellness so he ll never throw a prescription just to mask the symptoms and get you out . He actually cares to help you address and cure the cause so you can continue living your best healthy life . I encouraged my partner and all my friends to switch to their office . Best heath care I’ve experienced. 10 starts out of 5. Thank you for putting your heart into what you do . Always a pleasure to visit even tho I don’t like going to doctors office .

BEST Urgent Care on the Windward Side ! All of the staff are great, there are sometimes long lines (welcome to paradise...), but also I would much rather wait in line to see one of the Doctors here than to try to find quicker help , you get what you wait for...and don't the best restaurants always have a line? There is a reason... They're great.. From the front staff, to the doctors. They have a team that is really reaching amazing levels, I know.Dr. Braun would be proud to see how.far his vision has come!! Great Job to.the whole team.... Shane, Chris, Amber, and all of the front desk team as well you guys are AWESOME !

Shane & staff are great. They’ve always been fantastic with me & my family.We’ve been in many times over the years and will continue to when in need of medical help and/or advice, referrals, etc. Many of our friends and employees go here as well when needed. It’s disappointing to see some of the negative reviews left here mainly because of the hours or that some people are referred to a hospital. It’s Urgent Care, not the ER. Leaving a business a bad review because of when they close, or because of state road construction is very distasteful for the people leaving the review. If I could leave 10 stars, I would. The staff has always been very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I have had really great experiences with Braun Urgent care, the practitioners and staff each time I have visited. I use them as my primary care physician. They are quick to be seen, take time answering questions, do bloodwork if asked, and give you your results quickly via their portal and phone call to explain them. I highly recommend!

I have been going to Braun Urgent care for around a decade, and ended up several years ago realizing that Dr. Shane Millard and his team provide the best care on the island of Oahu. Not once have they steered me wrong, and he has a really good knack for hiring the BEST staff! I couldn't be happier with the services they provide (but remember this is Urgent Care, without appointments, so the wait can be a while... The staff will be happy to call you before your turn so you could even walk about 750ft across the street past the Market and wait on Kailua Beach as I have done several times. ) Wish I could add an extra star.
