Been here 3xs and I’ve never had an issue with checking in or seeing the doctor. I think urgent care is designed minor issues that’s not an emergency and not a comprehensive physical exam to find a cure for your weird symptoms. . If you expect more from urgent care then will be disappointed. I got in, checkout out, prescribed by appropriate meds and was on my way. That’s all I needed.

Please don’t come to this place if you get a lady who doesn’t even know what is she talking about With a ugly attitude no customer service Doesn’t even know her faxed number Ask to check if the client in the system right away snap no not even asking what’s my client name then when a client came in asking HIPAA related it’s totally unacceptable Please don’t check in this place Kuakini is wasting their money paying

Came here today for a UTI. The front nurse aide was so helpful and gave me great info. She was even accommodating with my cellphone that was almost dead. She let me charge it just in case it was important when I left. I will come here for all my urgent needs and recommend it because of the friendliness and environment.

I came in with a known condition and asking for a medication that had worked well for years. Doctor prescribed it but all offered up a second medication, minimal explanation and no discussion of side effects. The second medication was been a complete nightmare, side effects 100x worse then the underlying condition. And again 0 warnings. Came in to treat a simple psoriasis rash on my knuckles and they prescribed a full strength steroid pill cycle thats made me break out in awful steroid based acne.
