BEWARE! WORST EXPERIENCE WITH MEDICAL CARE IN MY LIFE. Came in 1/7/26 evening with flu symptoms (Day 2) and severe asthma. (My parents already tested positive for flu). Doctor quit seeing patients around 8:30 p.m. and was told by staff to return at 8:00 a.m. the next morning. Next day, after a miserable night, show up at 8:00 a.m. and greet office staff as they open the doors. Without being examined offered a flu test. I decline because I’m self-pay and certain of the results and explain I just want to treat my severe asthma. After what feels like an eternity (first patient of the day, no one else there) Dr. Sarah Nguyen shows up with an attitude, very short. SHE DOES NOT EXAMINE ME!!!! Head? No exam Eyes? No exam Ears? No exam Nose? No exam Throat? No exam Pulse Ox? Nope!!! History? Nope I can go on down the list. She briefly listens to my breathing through my shirt and prescribes an albuterol (which I have) and an Advair preventive inhaler. I try to explain I’m having acute symptoms and need something to help me now. I don’t usually have asthma at all. She finally begrudgingly prescribes one 20 mg prednisone tablet because a “shot would be too expensive” mockingly. After some relief with the prednisone tablet, I call again two days later, asking politely for a continuance of the prednisone prescription. I’m informed that Dr. Nguyen is off and cannot be bothered and I would have to spend another $400+ to see another doctor. TL;DR, shoddy medical practice, orders unnecessary tests, dismissive doctors. Mocked, talked down to. (We can’t all graduate with a medical degree from Omaha, you know). I would argue malpractice because of the lack of a full exam. Spend your hard-earned money on competent medical professionals, not these insurance money goblins. Epitome of why healthcare is unaffordable in this country. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I came to this clinic early July 2025 and spent a total of 2.5 hours at the clinic when there was only 1-2 other people at the Urgent Care the entire time I was there. The front of house staff were very kind and polite. I had THE WORST experience with Dr. Sithel Sar that I've ever had in the medical profession. He was incredibly dismissive and inappropriately rude. More than that, I received the bill from my appointment and he charged me for tests that were absolutely not done on me. This is insurance fraud. I called the Urgent Care multiple times and have not received a response back from the manager. Do yourself a favor and do not visit this Urgent Care. This doctor should be investigated and I will continue to escalate if I don't receive a response.

I was feeling pretty bad with either the flu or Covid or a bad cold. I really didn’t have the energy to go to Urgent care, but felt I needed to. You know I read the reviews on this place and truly thought, “Oh No!”. I got there, was pleasantly greeted by reception, waited about 5 minutes before I was called back and treated very kindly by a physician assistant, named Viv, I think. She informed me that there were 2 patients ahead of me. After 15 minutes, a knock on the door and there is a Dr. Kauhane. How did I get so lucky that when I’m feeling my very worst, a doctor comes in with such kindness, empathy and respect. I’m so very grateful. I hope that Dr Kauhane has a hand in teaching the younger doctors the importance of respect to your patients. Thank you!

Tried to take my husband here while he was having severe abdominal pain and vomiting. Walked in with over an hour left until closing with a completely empty waiting room besides one guy. Walked up to check in and the guy at the desk didn’t even ask what was wrong or anything, he simply said “we’re done taking patients for the night”. What’s the point of being an urgent care open until 8 pm if you try closing at 6:50 on a Tuesday? He’s lucky it wasn’t one of my kids or I would’ve been even more livid. Unprofessional and disgusting behavior for a health care center.

I am here on vacation. Relatively quick wait time and great staff. Straightforward talk with the doctor about my condition and what prescriptions I needed. They organized it for me at Safeway no issues. Highly recommended
